Founded in 1991, WinTech made its home in Monett, Missouri where it continues to produce cost-effective windows to metal buildings, modular buildings and foundation industries. WinTech also provides doors for the HVAC industry. Our newest divisions manufacture the Series 250 Window for the light commercial window market, and PTAC Louvers for the hospitality industry.
In 2006 the company was sold to the employees, making WinTech a 100 percent employee owned company. Bob Berger and Karla Rickman will both remain with WinTech over the many year transition.

          3.1EXAMINATION
 
          A.Do not begin installation until substrates have been properly constructed and prepared.
 
          B.If substrate preparation is the responsibility of another installer, notify Architect in writing of unsatisfactory preparation before proceeding.
 
          3.2PREPARATION
 
          A.Clean surfaces thoroughly prior to installation.
