          J.Basis of Design: Finish Coat TEX-COTE Tex-Gard Textured Coating. A a high build latex (water base) coating which features good adhesion, rapid dry and flexibility. This coating may be used over concrete, cement plaster, block, cement and fiber board, metal and other approved surfaces.
          1.VOC: Less than 100000 ppm (100 grams per liter).
          2.Application: Apply coating at 50 to 75 sq ft per gal ( 1.23 to 1.84 square meter/liter ) depending on the porosity and finished texture desired.

          K.Basis of Design: Finish Coat TEX-COTE S-T-R-E-T-C-H Elastomeric Coating. A high performance terpolymer elastomeric coating with a 100 percent acrylic latex base elastomeric resin providing up to 400 percent elongation.
          1.VOC: Less than 100000 ppm (100 grams per liter).
          2.Application: A rate of 80 to 100 sq ft per gal (1.96 to 2.45 sq m per liter). Coverage rates may vary due to wall surface textures and porosity. A minimum of 9 -10 mils (2 2 mm to 25 mm) dry film thickness is required.

          L.Basis of Design: Finish Coat TEX-COTE Stone-Tex System. A 100 percent acrylic terpolymer. Recommended over selected TEX-COTE exterior textured coating base coats to provide a variety of simulated appearances such as granite, marble, sandstone or stone. Finish coat available in smooth or fine texture.
          1.VOC: Less than or equal to 300000 ppm (300 grams per liter).
          2.Application: Base coat is applied at 40 to 55 sq ft per gal (0.98 to 1.35 sq m per liter). Splatter coats will vary depending upon finish and texture. Smooth splatters will range between 80 to 125 sq ft per gal (1.96 to 3.07 sq m per liter). Fine texture splatters range from 60 to 85 sq ft per gal (1.47 to 2.09 sq m per liter).

          M.Basis of Design: Finish Coat TEX-COTE Elastomeric Roof Coating. A high solids latex acrylic coating formulated to impart superior resistance to ponding water conditions. It has excellent adhesion to fresh urethane foam, galvanized metal, aluminum, concrete, cementitious and clay tile.
          1.VOC: Less than or equal to 50000 ppm (50 grams per liter).

          2.Application: Elastomeric Roof Coating I; Base Coat (Gray): Apply at a rate of 1 to 1-1/2 gallons per 100 square feet (0.62 liters/square meter) to produce a dry film thickness of 10 to 13 mils (0.254 to 0.33 mm).
          3.Application: Elastomeric Roof Coating II; Top Coat (Bright Reflective White): Apply at a rate of 1 to 1-1/2 gallons per 100 square feet (0.62 liters/square meter) to produce a minimum dry film thickness of 13.8 mils (0.35 mm).

          2.5TOP COATS

          A.Basis of Design: Finish Coat TEX-COTE CLEAR-GUARD Two Component Urethane. An advanced, very low VOC water-based polyurethane coating system that provides superior performance and wear characteristics for previously coated surfaces that are prone to dirt pickup, chemical exposure, staining, or other high-traffic areas such as hand rails and doors.
          1.VOC: Less than or equal to 5000 ppm (5 grams per liter).
          2.Application: 350 to 400 sq ft per gal (8.59 to 9.82 sq m per liter) per coat. (allow cure between coats) using a 3/8 in (9.5 mm) nap high quality roller. For best performance, apply two coats. Additional coats increase gloss and deepen the final color.
 
          B.Basis of Design: Finish Coat TEX-COTE CLEAR-SEAL One Component Acrylic. Water-based, 100 percent acrylic, penetrating sealer producing a clear satin finish surface film. Non-yellowing, acrylic resins form a durable finish providing water-repellency, dirt pick-up resistance and weather protection.
          1.VOC: None.
          2.Application: 400 to 600 sq ft per gal (9.82 to 14.73 sq m per liter). Multiple coats are possible to achieve the desired surface effects.
 
          C.Basis of Design: Finish Coat TEX-COTE COLOR-COTE. Compatible with and have excellent adhesion to the different types of textured coatings. Salt spray, moisture, and mildew resistant. Can be used for color changes, banding, to revive older projects, or by itself with an appropriate priming system over manufacturer approved substrates.
          1.VOC: Less than 100000 ppm (100 grams per liter).
          2.Application: 200 to 250 sq ft per gal (4.91 to 6.14 sq m per liter) depending on surface porosity and texture.

          D.Basis of Design: Finish Coat TEX-COTE D.F. COLOR-COTE DEAD FLAT. 100 percent acrylic latex exterior finish to be applied over approved textured primers, and water or oil based textured coatings. Weather, moisture and mildew resistant.
          1.VOC: Less than 100 grams per liter.
          2.Application: 200 to 250 sq ft per gal (4.91 to 6.14 sq m per liter) depending on surface porosity and texture.
