Foremost within the development of our lifts is the safety of the columns to ensure that both the users and vehicle remain protected. We apply the most advanced design systems, such as computer-assisted design and finite element computation software to ensure that the technical feasibility of our products is verified during initial design stages. Multiple compliance controls are performed on our products throughout the production cycle to ensure they meet the demanding criteria we have set ourselves and which have established our brand's reputation.
Every single one of our columns is then tested, prior to leaving the plant, by a technician exclusively assigned to that task and who systematically reviews over fifty checklist items. To that end, we possess our own test bench, where we subject our columns to stress conditions up to 50 percent tougher than the nominal loads. Free-weight lifting conditions allow more rigorous and challenging test conditions. Consequently, we can ensure will under the most extreme conditions.
Since 2014, SEFAC USA is the sole U.S. distributor of SEFAC Lifts, operating from our facility in Warminster, PA. SEFAC designs, manufactures and sells mobile column lifts, axle stands and transmission jacks for heavy duty vehicles such as trucks, buses, coaches, metro, locomotives and rail cars.

          1.6PRE-INSTALLATION CONFERENCE
 
          A.Convene a conference approximately two weeks before scheduled commencement of the Work. Attendees shall include Architect, Contractor and trades involved. Agenda shall include schedule, responsibilities, critical path items and approvals.
 
          1.7DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING

          PART 3EXECUTION
 
          3.1EXAMINATION AND PREPARATION
 
          A.Prepare substrates using the methods recommended by the manufacturer for achieving best result for the substrates under project conditions.
 
          B.Do not proceed with installation until substrates have been prepared using the methods recommended by the manufacturer and deviations from manufacturer's recommended tolerances are corrected. Commencement of installation constitutes acceptance of conditions.
 
          C.If preparation is the responsibility of another installer, notify Architect in writing of deviations from manufacturer's recommended installation tolerances and conditions.
 
          3.2INSTALLATION
 
          A.Install in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, approved submittals and in proper relationship with adjacent construction.
 
          3.3FIELD QUALITY CONTROL
 
          A.Field Inspection: Coordinate field inspection in accordance with appropriate sections in Division 01.
