The Perma “Original" Dock Seal is constructed with polyurethane foam, attached to pressure treated wood backboard through a 2″ vinyl fabric hem using screws and washers. This allows for air to be released when compressed. Brass grommets for additional air pressure release are placed in the header and bottom of side pads. The Perma Original Dock Seal with foam head member is the best solution for standard doors that are 9′ high or less.

The F- Series curtain is designed to accommodate dock door openings starting at 9′ and can accommodate varying truck heights. The header is constructed with a galvanized steel pipe across the top of the curtain, along with velcro slits and tie-back straps hold the curtain in place. Perma Pleats with 8″ exposure come standard on the corners of the F-Series header.

Extra wide head members, 18″ to 30″

Wear Face is available to provide a second layer of material sewn over the base fabric to provide extra protection to the face of the dock seal

Chain-weighted drop flaps sewn to the foam head pad service an occasional lower truck and can be held out of the way with velcro fasteners.
