This product is a great compliment to cement board siding. It is an excellent choice for fascia, exterior trim, interior case and base, rim board and corner board. EPEX Alltrim III/High Definition/Real Grain is a proprietary product unique to the exterior trim market. Through a series of manufacturing processes, we are able to produce a trim product that offers the look of real wood, and the performance of composites. There is no room for error EPEX Alltrim III/High Definition/Real Grain. We use a rigorous quality control specification for all of our primed products. Each piece of lumber is examined numerous times during the manufacturing process. Our prime line is a state-of-the-art double pass line. We allow the first coat to dry completely prior to applying the optional second coat. This gives us the opportunity to achieve the desired mill thickness using two coats of primer, thus providing better application than most other methods. Delete if not required.

          3.1PREPARATION
 
          A.If preparation of adjacent construction is the responsibility of another installer, notify Architect of deviations from manufacturer's recommended installation tolerances and conditions before proceeding.
 
          B.Do not proceed with installation until substrates and materials have been properly prepared and deviations from manufacturer's recommended tolerances are corrected. Prepare surfaces and materials using the methods recommended by the manufacturer for achieving the best result for the substrate under the project conditions.
 
          3.2INSTALLATION
 
          A.Install in accordance with manufacturer's written instructions and recommendations, and in proper relationship with adjacent construction; finish materials on ends and sides.
 
          3.3PROTECTION
 
          A.Protect installed products until completion of project.
