JJ Partners, Inc., manufactures and distributes the Joist Jackets® and Ledger Jackets™ flashing products throughout the US and Canada.

Joist Jackets®: A flashing system for deck framing. You spend time and money each year protecting the surface of your deck, but what about the areas that are most vulnerable to year-round damage from the elements? Contractors agree that they most often need to replace the structures below the surface of the deck--the wood joists.

Ledger Jackets™: A flashing system for ledges. Helps prevent deck rot, saves natural timber resources, easy to install, semi-rigid PVC is self-sealing, low cost, improves sound quality, maintenance free.
