Powder Shield Partitions

Powder coated steel is popular for its economy and durability. The galvanneal steel provides strong adhesion for a durable smooth powder painted finish. This surface is three times more resistant to humidity and salt spray than solvent based painted finishes. It's easier to clean, and is available in many colors. System features emergency outside access to stall.

Material is available in Overhead Braced ( shown), Floor Braced, Ceiling Hung, and Floor to Ceiling mounted design.

Dur-A-Tex™ Textured Powder Shield Partitions

The Dur-A-Tex™ line of partitions is a highly durable, value added, textured surface steel partition. A proprietary two-coat paint process developed by Metpar on galvanized steel increases the durability, plus improves resistance to graffiti and corrosion. This process vastly improves service life of the product. The textured surface of Dur-A-Tex' gives a rich, upscale appearance to the décor of all environments and applications.

Polly® (HDPE) Toilet Partitions, Shower Enclosures and Urinal Screens

Our Solid Plastic material provides an excellent choice for high traffic and vandalism-prone washrooms. All doors, panels, and pilasters are constructed of 1" solid plastic High Density Polyethylene (HDPE). This material features homogeneous color and material compound throughout. Our Solid Plastic is scratch, dent, and graffiti resistant, and will never rust. We offer 25 popular colors, with heavy gauge stainless steel shoes and full-length aluminum brackets that add strength and stability to the installation. This type of material construction is perfect for schools, stadiums, office buildings, parks, airports, or any high-traffic washroom.

Phenolic Restroom Partitions, Shower Stalls and Urinal Screens

Solid Phenolic is a unique material designed especially for full water contact. It is ideal for high humidity areas, or where hose-down cleaning methods are used. The superior strength of phenolic offers many advantages, including overall damage resistance. Phenolic exceeds the Fire Protection Association's recommendation for smoke production. The Dorian provides the maximum in personal privacy. The style provides complete head-to-toe coverage, which meets the stringent standards required by Eastern and Middle Eastern cultures. Door and bracket hardware are available in a variety of materials, for the most economical choice of the most elegant one to suit all your installation needs.

Door hardware is available in die-cast (D.C.) chrome, stainless steel (S/S), investment cast stainless steel, and aluminum. The bracket hardware selection is anodized satin, bright aluminum, die-cast chrome, or stainless steel.

Plastic Brackets & Shoes for Polly Solid Plastic Line

We have plastic shoes and brackets for our line of Solid Plastic HDPE (Polly SPR). We have 9 colors to match and/or compliment our numerous colors of solid plastic partitions. You can now choose to specify solid molded plastic shoes, and full length extruded plastic brackets to further enhance the look of the solid plastic line of partitions. Extruded Aluminum Privacy Strips

We have privacy strips that eliminates any sight gap on either side of the door for our line of powder shield or stainless steel partitions. One strip on the latch side acts as a continuous door stop, while the other is positioned between the upper and lower hinge, eliminating any chance of "peeking" into the stalls. These strips can be specified for new construction, or ordered to be applied to existing baked enamel (powder shield) or stainless steel layouts. Contact Metpar sales for more information.
