Bison 2' x 2' smooth 4 plank fused Bamboo tiles are constructed from dasso.XTR Fused Bamboo™ that is manufactured using dasso's patented process, which combines two stages of high heat to carbonize the bamboo, removing all of the starch and sugar, and then restructuring the bamboo, reinforcing its natural strength characteristics. The modified bamboo strands are fused together using phenolic resin ™ the same resin used to make bowling balls. The result is an extremely dense, durable, exterior-use product composed of 87% natural, fused strand bamboo fibers and 13% resin. Pedestals
Precise spacer tabs allow for deck drainage, and the screw-to-adjust height setting assures a perfectly straight and level deck. Quick clip couplers increase the speed and efficiency installing pedestals at heights over 9 3/4". Works with concrete, stone pavers or wood tiles. Accessories are available to compensate for additional slope and accommodate heights from 1/8" to 2 1/4". One simple Level.it model LC covers heights from 2″ - 4 3/4". Additional accessories are available to compensate for slope and accomodate heights from 1/8″ up to 12″. Model LC supports up to 750 lbs. with FS (Factor of Safety) of 2. Ideal for contractors or the do-it-yourself homeowner.
The Bison Screwjack pedestal has a broad footprint that provides stability, is impervious to freeze thaw cycles, and offers a range of heights suited to almost any application. The Bison Screwjack pedestal (B-Series) reaches from 0 - 16' in height. Add bracing and couplers to reach up to 24' in height and the Weight Bearing Design Capacity is 1000 lbs/pedestal FS:2.
