RubberGard™ EPDM Pre-Taped (PT) Membrane is easier and faster to install due to the factory installed seam tape. RubberGard EPDM PT (60-mil) systems are eligible for a Red Shield™ Warranty up to 20 years. RubberGard EPDM Platinum (90-mil) PT membranes, just like all Platinum EPDM membranes, qualify for a 30-year warranty.
RubberGard™ MAX (reinforced) EPDM membrane is an internally reinforced cured single-ply roofing membrane that is designed to combat roof tears and punctures and provides superior resistance to wind forces. Metal Roofing Systems
Elevate's warranted UNA-CLAD™ roofing panels (UC-3, UC-4, UC-6, and UC-14) are high-quality candidates for architectural enhancements to any metal roofing application. These systems can accommodate complex architectural geometry and are eligible for RedShield warranty protection. These factory-formed metal roof panels either feature a patented interlocking mechanism (UC-4) or are mechanically-seamed onsite for ease of installation and to support the unique needs of almost any commercial facility. The seams also allow for varying levels of thermal expansion, water resistance, uplift, and more. CLAD-GARD™ MA is a mechanically attached synthetic roofing underlayment ideal for use in slopes steeper than 5:12. The membrane requires fewer nails than conventional felt underlayment's and is stronger and lighter than 30# felt. This 100% recyclable membrane contains no organic material, which can help prevent mold growth, is water and fire resistant. Clad-Gard MA can remain exposed for 90 days and can withstand temperatures up to 230°F (110 °C). CLAD-GARD MA can be applied directly to Elevate HailGard Composite, OSB and plywood substrates. It is eligible for up to a 20-year Elevate Red Shield Warranty.
CLAD-GARD™ R is an economical choice in Elevate's self-adhered underlayment offering. Featuring a highly textured, slip resistant surface, CLAD-GARD R provides traction for greater walkability during installation and maintenance. Available in an unboxed, two-square roll, this underlayment has a split-release backer for easy installation and can be directly applied to Elevate HailGard Composite, OSB and plywood substrates. Since CLAD-GARD R is waterproof, it can be exposed for up to two months during construction without the need for tarping. It is eligible for up to a 20-year Elevate Red Shield Warranty.

TPO Roofing Systems
Suitable for a variety of low-slope commercial roofing applications, Elevate UltraPly™ TPO roofing membrane is a sustainable roofing solution for a wide range of building types.
UltraPly TPO membrane also offers design options with panels available in reflective white, tan or gray, which can help reduce a building's cooling requirements. White and tan UltraPly TPO membranes meet the California Energy Efficiency Standards for Residential and Nonresidential Buildings (Title 24). These standards define cool roofs in California to have a minimum three-year aged reflectance of 0.55 and a minimum thermal emittance of 0.75 for low-sloped nonresidential buildings.

Ultraply QuickSeam Reinforced Perimeter Fastening Strip can be simply installed using conventional UltraPly TPO Heavy Duty (HD) Seam Plates. Made from UltraPly TPO membrane and non-staining White QuickSeam pressure sensitive tape, this product is a non-penetrating membrane that offers securement with angle changes in the installation process.

This VOC-free application features Elevate UltraPly TPO InvisiWeld Plates attached to the UltraPly TPO membrane using an induction welding tool. The InvisiWeld System achieves Factory Mutual (FM) approvals.

But—what is BUR roofing exactly, and how can it offer such a variety of benefits?
As a system, built-up roofing (BUR) is a type of asphalt roofing that has been around for more than 100 years. It is one of the most common materials used on low-slope or flat roofs. Despite the system's established history, BUR technology continues to progress, especially in the hands of Elevate engineers, chemists, and technicians who develop and test the latest roofing advancements.

STRONG: Thanks to its continuous sealed surface, built-up roofing effectively resists penetration from moisture. Built-up roofs also offer ultra-violet protection, fire-resistance, and minimal maintenance costs.
Solid insulation with the proper amount of insulating value over a moisture- controlled environment is the first step in building a long-performing roof system. Without a good, solid foundation, any roof system is in jeopardy of premature failure.
An asphalt-based roof system also needs an appropriate base sheet to properly perform. Design criteria will dictate the necessary attributes of that platform. Depending on whether the system is APP, SBS, BUR or a hybrid, Elevate offers a complete line of membranes to fulfill any anticipated need.

It can be used to ensure watertightness on difficult or irregularly shaped roof flashings and details where it is difficult to apply traditional membranes. It may also be used for vertical flashing details. UltraFlash One-Part Liquid Flashing is ready to use after stirring and can be used on APP, SBS and BUR systems. When properly installed with UltraFlash Fabric, UltraFlash One-Part Liquid Flashing forms an impermeable, monolithic and seamless membrane.
UltraFlash™ Two-Part Liquid Flashing
Elevate UltraFlash Two-Part Liquid Flashing is a tough, two-component liquid-applied urethane elastomer that provides a liquid flashing solution for SBS and BUR roofing systems. It can be used to ensure watertightness on difficult or irregularly shaped roof flashings and details where it is difficult to apply traditional membranes. It may also be used for vertical flashing details. UltraFlash Two-Part Liquid Flashing is ready to use after thoroughly mixing Part A and Part B or dispensing from a ready-to-use cartridge, and can be used on SBS and BUR systems.
