Forte Opening Solutions Aspiro® Select Wood Veneer Doors were selected by project architects for use in the 198,000 square-foot headquarter building for the largest craft e-commerce company in the world. Completed in 2016, the building achieved a Living Building Challenge Certification, the highest level of sustainability certification from the International Living Future (ILFI). ILFI is an international sustainable building certification program that promotes advanced measurement of sustainability in the built environment.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach, a condo-hotel which sits blocks away from the Pacific Ocean on Hawaii’s big island, needed a broad selection of doors that not only would stand up to heavy traffic, but also create stunning first impressions for every guest to step inside.
Forte Opening Solutions provided a knowledgeable and experienced team to complete the door requirements for the two-phase project: a thirty-eight story building with one-, two- and three-bedroom units and penthouses; plus, a 250-unit building with a mix of hotel units and upscale residences.

Powering CHUM Hospital's Massive Renovation
Centre hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal (CHUM Hospital) is the largest hospital of its kind in North America. The hospital complex renovation unified three pre-existing hospitals and required over 6,000 wood doors that would meet safety, health and environmental requirements.
Forte Opening Solutions (Baillargeon) provided a range of models and options for the project architect to choose from that would deliver guaranteed field performance ratings and meet the architect’s performance criteria and specifications for the CHUM project.
