Foster® 42-42™ Mold Resistant Sealer is an easy-to-use, specially formulated, low viscosity sealer designed to provide water resistance to building materials and a coating that is resistant to mold growth.

Foster® 40-20™ Fungicidal Protective Coating is an EPA registered product and is the industry's leading antimicrobial coating with a 10 year warranty. It is formulated to effectively prevent the spread of mold and odor causing bacteria on its surface in areas, such as walls, ceilings, pipes, interior and exterior surfaces of HVAC duct systems.

Foster® 40-80™ Disinfectant is an EPA Registered formulation, a full strength disinfectant, and comes in a convenient ready-to-use dilution. Foster 40-80 has been evaluated in the presence of 6% serum by the AOCA Use-Dilution test and found to be effective against broad spectrum of gram-negative and gram-positive organisms.

The outstanding Foster® product line of surface coatings and accessory products are specifically designed for air handling systems and for walls and ceilings to promote and/or maintain excellent indoor air quality (IAQ).
