QuadCore® B Designwall R Series architectural wall panels provide a profiled, accent version of BENCHMARK's Designwall 2000 wall panel with variable rib configurations at 7/8" deep. Variable rib configurations are available in 24" module widths. QuadCore® B Designwall R Series interfaces and engages with other Designwall horizontal panel profiles to create a distinct accent.

Optimo® insulated metal wall panels deliver a flat, aesthetically appealing modern building envelope solution. The use of pearlescent micas or metallic colors can provide an even more dynamic finish to any project. Optimo® has the same joint as KS Series panels and can integrate with a variety of profiles. 

KS Series insulated metal wall panels provide unique aesthetics through a wide range of profiles while delivering supreme thermal performance. Adjustable module widths can integrate for distinct architectural flair. KS Series panels can be customized with trimless ends and pre-formed corners to provide a clean, finished appearance.

QuadCore KarrierPanel is a cost-effective universal barrier wall alternative solution to traditional multi-component wall systems. KarrierPanel utilizes Kingspan's fully engineered KarrierRail to securely and safely transmit loads from a wide range of non-combustible faCade options to the structural supports behind the insulated panel.

QuadCore KS Granitstone is a complete, high-performance insulated metal panel solution that resembles and has the texture of stucco masonry. KS Granitstone can integrate with other KS Series panels to create a unique accent. Five standard Granitstone Quartz finishes are also available providing an extra pop of color.

For superior fire protection in sensitive environments, K-Roc HF Series panels are an excellent choice. External and internal skins are available as embossed or non-embossed to suit heavy wash down needs. The 42" cover width of K-Roc HF allows for fast, easy installation. Pet Valu is Canada's leading retailer of pet food and pet-related supplies, offering pet owners more than 10,000 products across the country. To meet the high demand for quality and competitively priced pet products, Pet Valu needed a new, state-of-the-art distribution center.

Completed in Summer 2023, the new 670,000 square foot facility represents “a key milestone in the company's nationwide $110 million supply chain transformation" and brings “unprecedented scale and automation to Canada's pet sector as the largest distribution centre and robotics automation installation dedicated to serving the pet specialty industry," according to a news release from Pet Valu.

Offering a full air and water barrier and a core of rigid, continuous insulation, IMPs offer strong thermal efficiency, limiting heat loss to meet even the most stringent of energy requirements and keeping building occupants comfortable during even the harshest of winters.

More than 90,000 square feet of Kingspan's KS Shadowline panels in the color Regal White were used in the facility's construction, as well as Kingspan's Accent Fins in the color Charcoal.

A total of 25,500 sq. ft of our KS Mini Micro-Rib insulated metal panels were used for this project. KS Series insulated metal wall panels provide unique aesthetics through a wide range of profiles, all while delivering supreme thermal performance, a critical aspect for the Student Athlete High Performance Center. Adjustable module widths integrate for distinct architectural flair. KS Series panels can also be customized with trimless ends and pre-formed corners to provide a clean, finished appearance.

808 Memorial Drive is a mixed-use building located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The building is situated on the banks of the Charles River and consists of residential and commercial units. One of the unique features of the building is the use of Kingspan insulated metal panels, installed by Sunrise Erectors, which offer numerous benefits in terms of energy efficiency and sustainability.

The decision to use Kingspan insulated metal panels was made during the design phase of the project, as the architects were looking for a material that could meet the high standards of energy efficiency and sustainability required for the building.

Insulated metal panels help keep temperatures constant at $50 million state-of-the-art cricket farm

Founded by graduate students from McGill University in Quebec, the Aspire team won the 2013 Hult Prize for social entrepreneurship, securing 1mm in funding for the venture which eventually became Aspire Food Group.  The goal of Aspire Foods is to “pioneer sustainable insect agriculture for the good of all" and focuses on creating protein sources that utilize less space and natural resources than traditional farming methods. 


The 165,000 sq. ft. Aspire Food cricket farm and processing center is the largest facility of its kind in the world. It will produce almost two billion insects per year for distribution across the United States and Canada as a protein for both people and pets. The project has achieved global recognition, as well as funding from Sustainable Development Technology Canada for its goal of solving world hunger with innovative clean technologies.

The high-tech cricket farm requires constant temperatures for insect breeding and storage, which makes this facility a prime candidate to benefit from insulated metal panels, which were manufactured by Kingspan and installed by Thermo Design Insulation (TDI).  In addition to keeping crickets at the optimal temperature, the facility includes a frozen goods storage area. KS Shadowline Interior panels have a double tongue and groove interlocking joint, ensuring low thermal bridging.
