An R-Value of 5.0 per inch of thickness makes it an excellent thermal insulator that increases the energy efficiency of your structures. And it retains its insulating properties over time. Produced with a blowing agent blend that has a GWP of less than 50. Choose between a square edge (CM) and an interlocking shiplap edge (SL). LG XPS Insulation Board is ideal for a variety of applications, including below slab, below grade along the foundation, inside basement walls, exterior insulation over wood sheathing, and residing.

Its 25 psi, closed-cell extruded polystyrene (XPS) construction provides superior moisture resistance. Its 40 psi, closed-cell extruded polystyrene (XPS) construction provides superior moisture resistance. With an R-Value of 5.0 per inch of thickness, the board increases the energy efficiency of your structures. Plus it's lightweight, easy to handle, and easy to cut with a knife. It is designed for use in high load applications requiring compressive strength up to 40PSI. It meets ASTM C 578 Type VI requirements.

GreenGuard GG60-LG XPS Insulation Board is an ideal exterior insulation, meeting your needs for multiple applications. Its 60 psi, closed-cell extruded polystyrene (XPS) construction provides superior moisture resistance. With an R-Value of 5.0 per inch of thickness, the board increases the energy efficiency of your structures. Plus it's lightweight, easy to handle, and easy to cut with a knife. It meets ASTM C578 Type VII requirements.

GreenGuard Drainage Channel Insulation Board comprises closed-cell extruded polystyrene (XPS) and is available in 40 PSI and 60 PSI minimum compressive strength. It has high water resistance and R-value of 5.0 per inch of thickness. Drainage channels are cut along all 4 sides of the board at .5 inches deep and .25 inches wide.

RainDrop's innovative drainage channels keep water out of the wall system. The channels are designed not to crimp, collapse, or flatten. RainDrop is a recognized air barrier material. With its high tear resistance and translucent design, installation is quick and easy.

Kingspan GreenGuard® HPW™ Building Wrap is a non-woven, non-perforated building wrap. Its breathable polyolefin coating performs as both a water-resistive barrier and as an air barrier. HPW™ provides superior resistance against the rain before the siding goes on and against water that seeps through the siding after installation. Stays UV-resistant up to 6 months and can be used in residential and commercial applications.

GreenGuard VW Building Wrap provides GreenGuard performance at great savings. Its strong, cross-woven structure resists tearing, so there is less waste. The wrap protects structures against air and water infiltration. Plus it breathes to allow moisture vapor to escape, reducing the potential for condensation buildup. The translucent design of VW makes it quick and easy to install.

Innovation, high R-values & ultra-thin insulation with optimum performance. Kingspan's vacuum insulated panel OPTIM-R is a next generation insulation product. It is a rigid vacuum insulation panel comprising a microporous core which is evacuated, encased and sealed in a thin, gas-tight envelope to give outstanding R-value as high as R-56.782 for a 2″ panel thickness. Kingspan OPTIM-R provides an insulating performance that is up to 5 x better than other commonly available building insulation materials. It is available in a range of board dimensions in different thicknesses to suit various applications, including roofs, walls and floors and in OEM systems.

For our best fanfold siding, choose the XP Series. The extruded polystyrene (XPS) foam offers superior stiffness, so your siding job has the smoothest finish possible. The underlayment is extra durable, thanks to flexible plastic facers on both sides. Plus it's perforated to allow moisture vapor to escape. The cut-and-fold hinge design ensures it lays flat. A perforated reflective facer that can enhance thermal performance is also available.

When you need fundamental performance in an extruded polystyrene (XPS) siding underlayment, choose the P Series. Flexible plastic facers on both sides enhance durability, while an optional reflective facer enhances thermal performance. Both types of facers are perforated to allow moisture vapor to escape. A cut-and-fold hinge design ensures the underlayment lays flat.

When every penny counts, you can rely on the performance of our economical fanfold siding underlayment. The Q-Series products have an extruded polystyrene foam (XPS) core with high-impact polystyrene facers on both sides, which make it one of the most durable products currently available. These products are also perforated to allow potentially harmful moisture vapor to escape so that it does not become trapped in the wall.

Kingspan Insulation offers a complete product line providing all materials, tools and accessories necessary for the effective fabrication of phenolic ductwork for The Kingspan KoolDuct System.

The fiber-free insulation core of Kingspan KoolDuct panels (the duct wall material) minimizes the risk of loose fibers entering the airstream through the ductwork. This can provide better indoor air quality (IAQ) for building occupants compared with other insulants, which can produce loose fibers when in direct contact with the airstream.

Kingspan KoolDuct panels are available in 7/8'" and 1 3/16'" thicknesses with installed and out of package R-values of R-6.0 and R-8.0 (respectively).

DC14 Drainage Mat is a practical, economical method to handle water that penetrates exterior cladding. With drainage channels on both sides, it permits easy drainage for water and allows air movement between the siding and sheathing to help keep the wall dry. Because DC14 is made of extruded polystyrene (XPS), it has high moisture resistance and is not a food source for mold. The board is effective with fiber cement siding, wood siding, and foam-backed vinyl siding. It is ideal for drainage and drying behind stucco and stone veneers.

Specifically designed for commercial roofing applications involving mechanically attached EPDM, PB6HD is an excellent choice for re-roofing single-ply membranes. The board's install time and ease of use give you the necessary tools for a lower installed cost. And the extruded polystyrene (XPS) foam provides durability and high moisture resistance. PB6HD is available as 4′ x 50′ fanfold bundles.

When you need to re-roof, nothing works better as a cover board than the GreenGuard® PB6 line of products. With an extruded polystyrene (XPS) core and high-impact polystyrene facers that do not delaminate, this board provides high moisture resistance and resistance to puncture. The 50 ft. fanfold bundles are lightweight and easy to install, adding only 1/10 lb. per square foot. The result is a smooth surface, even over most gravel-surfaced roofs.

PB6W is an excellent choice for re-roofing with mechanically attached single-ply membranes. The board's high compressive strength helps to create a smooth surface, even over most gravel surfaced roofs. And the extruded polystyrene (XPS) foam core provides high moisture resistance. PB6W can be used under mechanically attached or loose-laid and ballasted single-ply applications. It is UL approved. It has high-impact white facers on both sides. The 50′ fanfold bundles are easy to install and lightweight, adding only 1/10 lb. per sq. ft. With 3 lb. density foam and 3-ply facers that do not delaminate, PB6W delivers solid installed performance.

Kingspan GreenGuard® Butyl Flashing is a self-adhering flashing membrane comprising a polyolefin film with a butyl adhesive. It provides high-performance water resistance for walls. It adheres across a full range of installation temperatures, ensuring effectiveness in all climates, and it conforms well to irregular surfaces, eliminating gaps that could create water canals.

Kingspan GreenGuard® SuperStretch™ Butyl Flashing is a self-adhering flashing membrane comprising a polyolefin film with a butyl adhesive. It provides high performance water resistance for walls. It adheres across a full range of installation temperatures, ensuring effectiveness in all climates, and it conforms well to irregular surfaces, eliminating gaps that could create water canals. It stretches and sticks tight, making it easy to use and effective in covering curved surfaces and corners.

Kingspan GreenGuard® Professional Flashing is a self-adhering flashing membrane comprising a polyolefin film with a butyl adhesive.

Kingspan GreenGuard® Professional Flashing is an economical self-adhering butyl flashing membrane. It is designed to seal the interface around wall penetrations such as windows, doors, pipe penetrations and other areas that may require a weatherproof seal.

Kingspan GreenGuard® Seam Tape is self-adhering tape comprising a polyolefin film with an acrylic adhesive.

Kingspan GreenGuard® Seam Tape adds an extra layer of air and moisture protection to the structure. 1 7/8″ wide Kingspan GreenGuard® Standard Seam Tape is recommended for flat wrap surfaces. 3″ wide Kingspan GreenGuard® Custom Seam Tape is recommended for uneven wrap surfaces, such as Kingspan GreenGuard® RainDrop® Building Wrap. Both tapes stick tight in all seasons, even when the temperature drops below freezing. Long-lasting UV stabilizers help them resist the deteriorating effects of the sun. The tapes can also be used to repair rips in damaged insulation and building wrap, eliminating waste and saving money.

PLYGOOD Ultra® is an extra strong extruded polystyrene (XPS) sheathing that makes homes more energy efficient. It offers superior insulation with four times the R-Value of 7/16" OSB. With low moisture absorption and a perm rating greater than 1, it won't swell or warp and is not subject to moisture-related damage and deterioration. A reinforcing scrim facer makes PLYGOOD Ultra extra durable and wind resistant up to 110 mph. Yet it's lightweight and easy to install with staples, roofing nails, or plastic cap nails.

SLX Sheathing is an extruded polystyrene (XPS) board that gives you an edge on moisture resistance and thermal performance. With an R-Value of 5.0 per inch of thickness, it is an ideal thermal insulator that increases a home's energy efficiency. And because it's made of XPS, the board has high water resistance, allowing it to retain its insulating properties over time. SLX has interlocking shiplap edges that reduce energy-robbing seams and gaps, while also providing an extra barrier against moisture infiltration. Tough film facers on both sides of the board produce greater durability and less waste.

After the waterproofing membrane is applied to the foundation, protect it from damage during backfilling with PB4 Waterproofing Protection Board. This durable extruded polystyrene (XPS) board has the compressive strength and impact resistance to withstand even the toughest load pressures. Its dense, closed-cell construction and tough plastic facers resist both moisture absorption and decomposition from long-term exposure to chemicals in the soil.

GreenGuard Attic Rafter Vents are designed to install between rafters to prevent clogging of the path from soffits to the attic when insulation is blown in. For finished attics, they can be attached behind the insulated area to create a backer for insulation and a channel for air movement through to the top venting area.
