Post-startup visits can be scheduled within the warranty period to provide commissioning assistance, system optimization, and troubleshooting. Technology-Enabled Service Contracts require a RACCESS secure cellular connection and provide continued support of the system post installation. Contracts include secure remote support by Wattstopper's remote operations center, backups of system software, device health checks, scheduled onsite training and system tuning visits, and guaranteed response times for unscheduled emergency visits. Multi-year contracts, 24/7 remote support and next day emergency onsite response time options are available.
