HEF - CC (Clear Coating) Epoxy Floor Seal-Coat System is a chemical resistant, 100% solids, solventless, high build two part epoxy coating. It is designed to reduce dusting and protect concrete slabs while making the surface easy to clean. The Seal-Coat is installed at a nominal thickness of 8 to 20 mils.

Black Amazite is a 100% solids epoxy resin and aggregate flooring system which is installed at a minimum thickness of 1/8 Inch >1 Inch for flooring.

HEF - DOL (Decorative Overlay) UV Light Stable and Chemical Resistant 3/16 to 1/4 Inch Mortar is aesthetically pleasing, 100% solids clear epoxy resin T-Grade or equal aggregate flooring system. It can be installed either by hand trowel or by power trowel at a nominal thickness of 3/16 to 1/4 Inch.

HEF - EC (Epo-Chip) Decorative Flooring System is 100% solids clear epoxy resin and colored chips that is aesthetically appealing. The colored chips are available in 2mm or 6mm and are installed at a nominal thickness of 1/16 Inch.

HEF - ET (Epoxy Terrazzo) Thin-Set System is a pigmented, solventless, 100% solids epoxy matrix that meets or exceeds the NTMA (National Terrazzo and Mosaic Associations, Inc.) published physical properties requirement.

FLEXIBLE FLUID PROOFING EPOXY MEMBRANE ELASTO-FLEX™ SYSTEM
HEF - FM (Flexible Membrane) Elasto-Flex System is a 100% solids, solventless, high build two part epoxy membrane system. It is designed to be placed under Hallemite flooring systems. It is intended to replace solvent containing polyurethane membranes for fluidproofing and crack dampening under flooring systems. It is installed at a nominal 20 to 60 mils, per coat.

3/16 – 1/4 INCH MORTAR SYSTEM
HEF - IF (Industrial Floor) 3/16 to 1/4 Inch Mortar Flooring System is 100% solids, pigmented epoxy resin with natural aggregate. This system is installed at a nominal thickness of 3/16 to 1/4 Inch.

1/4 INCH ECONOMICAL SLOPE-TO-DRAIN MORTAR SYSTEM
HEF - OL (Overlay) Economical Mortar System is 100% solids epoxy resin and naturally occurring aggregate flooring system. It is installed at a nominal thickness of 1/4 Inch or greater.

HEF - WC (Wall Coating) Pigmented Epoxy Wall and Ceiling Coating System is a solventless, 100% solids, two component epoxy coating system. It is available in 16 standard colors, as well as, an infinite number of custom colors.

HEF Epoxy is an all purpose, seamfree, 100% solids epoxy. It can be used as a coating or when combined with colored colorquartz aggregate it provides a decorative and skid-resistant surface.

Control Joint and Non-Structural Crack Filler System
HEF – CONTROL JOINT FILLER is a two component, 100% solids, semi-rigid epoxy. It is designed to reinforce and protect joint nosing and filling nonstructural cracks on interior concrete slabs.

Clear-Pigmented Underlayment

HEF Waterbase Epoxy Primer is a two component 1:1 mix ratio to be used as a primer for Hallemite Flooring Systems. It can also be used as a light duty floor coating/sealer. It forms a thin film sealer epoxy coating and is non-flamable with zero VOC.

HEF Waterbase Acrylic is a clear waterborne acrylic air-dry coating. It provides a tough, scratch resistant, finish with excellent adhesion to most substrates. HEF Waterbase Acrylic has excellent moisture resistance, and is a viable alternative to solvent-based coatings. This product meets current state and federal restrictions on VOC's

HEF UV OPF – UV Light Stable and Chemical Resistant Epoxy is a 100% solids, solventless, high build two part epoxy coating. It is designed to enhance the appearance of the floor substrate while making the surface easy-to-clean.

HEF OTP (Oil Tolerant Primer) is a unique product that has ultra low viscosity and developed to be used as a penetrating primer without additional solvents.

HEF FAST PATCH is a quick setting, filled epoxy. HEF Elasto-Flex is a unique formulated copolymer surfacing that offers excellent flexibility at low temperatures while maintaining good strength, modulus, and tear resistance. It is a two part, 100% solids (no solvent epoxy resin/hardener) allows a 1:1 formulation/mix ratio. Its resilient nature makes it suitable for flexible flooring joint sealants, crack bridging and secondary containment membranes.

HEF Rapid Cure is a low viscosity, all purpose, 100% two part solids epoxy in clear or pigmented. It can be used as a primer or when combined with color quartz aggregate or colored chips, it provides a decorative and skid-resistant surface.

Hallemite 120 Non-Sag Epoxy Paste Adhesive is a two component epoxy bonding agent. It is a structural adhesive designed to transfer loads from one element to another and to be used for general purpose bonding applications. Non-sag properties will be between 1/8" to 1/4" inch depending on the temperature.

HEF Black Underlayment is a low viscosity, 100% solids, solventless, two part epoxy. It is designed to enhance the appearance of the floor substrate. HEF Black Underlayment can be used as a primer, a concrete repair mortar, a broadcast, a resurfacing screed or a self-leveling slurry system. HEF Underlayment is NOT to be used as a topcoat.

HALLEMITE Product Line Selector Chart

Hallemite includes both fluid applied ESD and nonconductive dielectric epoxy flooring systems. ESD epoxy flooring systems for years have been considered to be only functional, but never aesthetically pleasing.

Hallemite Product Lines’ chemical property test data in the reference chart is to serve as a guide only. Field conditions may vary and may cause a different effect, therefore, no guarantee is made nor can Hallemite assume liability in connection with their use.

Epoxy floor systems are specified because they protect and beautify and are better than any other flooring products.

Functional non-aesthetic, epoxy floor systems are selected to protect individuals, equipment and substrate from harm. Aesthetically pleasing epoxy floor systems may be required to meet all the physical requirements of a non-aesthetic function epoxy floor, while beautifying the work environment, as well.

Prior to placing an epoxy flooring system, the substrate should be properly sloped-to-drains and trenches and areas prone to puddling should be leveled. Failure to properly slope and level the substrate prior to placing the epoxy flooring system can have a negative effect on drainage and ease-of-cleaning. To level and slope-to-drain use Hallemite HEF OL Underlayment and Slope-to-Drain Mortar System.
