Featuring the patented Tile Gripper™ pneumatic tool comprising a large-field array of suction cups, this innovative system allows installers to apply multiple tiles simultaneously, achieving in seconds what would traditionally take much longer to accomplish one tile at a time.

Tile Gripper™ is a pneumatic tool comprising a large-field array of suction cups for picking and placing multiple tiles simultaneously from accompanying Feed Trays at a speed and accuracy never before possible.
Tile Gripper™ is a key component of the patent-pending Pattern Oriented Tile Installation System (POTIS)

plugs.

Integrated push-button vibration module ensures secure embedment onto thin-set walls, while mitigating lippage.
Adjustable corner-alignment guide arms ensure consistent registration to feed tray perimeter bump stop.
The standardized Feed Tray supports any of thousands of Tray Inserts that each support the unique tile size, pattern, and grout line of the elevation to be tiled.
The detachable and relocatable Bump Stop serves as an extension upward of the tray’s interior perimeter, allowing the Tile Gripper’s adjustable alignment arms to register to the tiles for perfect and consistent tile layer grasping every time.
These tray inserts let you customize each feed tray to match your tile layout, ensuring clean, consistent application with minimal effort.
Choose from thousands of Tray Liner designs for the tile size, pattern, and grout line combination desired, or order a custom design. Available with or without integrated spacers depending upon whether you are specifying a self-spacing (lugged) tile.
