Clear Matte Flat Sealer is a 100% acrylic clear finish that is non-yellowing and provides a protective topcoat with excellent clarity and extremely low sheen. It is water-based and resists water, abrasion, household grime, and stains. It is easy to apply with a brush or roller. Provides extra durability to sensitive surfaces and decorative paints in areas that will receive added traffic or moisture, such as bathrooms, kitchens, hallways, etc.
