The construction industry is constantly evolving to introduce more energy efficient practices  and in recent years modular construction has refined to become one of the most effective methods for improving energy efficiency due to its wide-range of benefits. Unlike traditional on-site processes, modular construction provides flexible design options, allowing elements to be added, removed or reconfigured to meet changing needs or rapid expansion requirements. 

Projected to grow to $35865 million by 2030, modular construction will become more commonly used in the US than traditional methods. This fast growth is down to the benefits modular building offers, and the speed in which projects can be completed.
