Pratt & Lambert® Multi-Surface Oil-Base Primer is an interior/exterior primer that seals stains and odors from water and smoke damage and blocks tannins from bleeing woods. It helps assure a uniform appearance of latex and oil topcoats. This primer can be used for both new construction and/or repaints and can be applied in temperatures as low as 40ºF.
