The industrial I Beam Trolley has been designed to be quickly installed on virtually any S-type I-beam. Under beam to base of the trolley eye is approximately 5". Units are available in either geared and plain models. A lifting eye is located at the bottom for attaching a hoist (hoist not included). A center rod, which cannot be rotated once a hoist is installed, maintains the adjustment.

The Workstation Jib Crane is designed to assist workers in maneuvering and lifting awkward materials, as well as achieving maximum headroom in workplaces having low ceilings. The unit is available in floor-mounted, wall-mounted (for low ceilings), and tie rod jibs (for high ceilings). The -FM series rotates a full 360 degrees and the -LC and -HC units rotate 180 degrees. The wall-mounted unit features an I-beam length of 92" with a usable length of 80".

The Floor Mounted Jib Crane is designed for use at multiple workstations. These units include one crane unit and one base socket; extra base sockets are sold separately for use in multiple locations. The Electric Jib Crane lifts and maneuvers heavy materials. The unit is available in either heavy-duty (BWTJ) or light-duty (BWTJ-E) models. Both models are available in AC or DC power. The heavy-duty models have rotation hand brakes that offer unlimited 360-degree positioning. The boom adjusts in 12" increments and can be positioned at three elevations. The light-duty models feature 360-degree locking manual rotation as well as 25' of 5/32" cable with swivel snatch block and safety latch.

The Overhead Jib Crane has a unique fixed height design that allows for outriggers to be mounted underneath a workbench. This floor mounted unit is designed for user-friendly operation.

The Tri Post Jib is designed to be placed over the top workbench. The extra travel fixed height I-beam overhangs the workbench to allow lifting of products from cart to bench. This product will not work with eye manual trolleys. The hoist, trolley, and cart are not included.

The Counterweight Jib - Mobile Hoist lifts and maneuvers heavy materials and, in addition, can be transported via fork truck. The base features built-in fork tubes. This movable unit can have its base to be filled with concrete by the customer. If immediate use of this unit is desired, a model pre-filled with concrete is available. The unit's I-beam pivots a full 360 degrees for complete access.

The Counterbalance Jib Crane - Portable Jib Cart provides versatility with its adjustable and telescopic boom. Its counterbalanced design means it has no need for front legs, improving its maneuverability and allowing the unit to be used in tight spaces. The counterbalance is included. The boom is raised with a hydraulic hand pump. The base is 29" wide x 70", 80", or 94" long.

The Mobile Lifting Jib - Portable Jib Trolley is ideal for a wide variety of industrial heavy-lifting applications. It features outriggers for increased stability and a swivel crane for side loading. These portable models also have a double-acting manual hydraulic hand pump and adjustable swing outriggers with leveling jacks to stabilize the unit from side to front. This series is available with or without counterbalancing ballast. This product has phenolic casters that measure 8" x 2".

The Portable Jib Crane - Mobile Shop Hoist enables a single worker to lift and maneuver heavy objects and, in addition, roll them from one location to another. These units roll on 3-1/2" x 1-1/4" steel casters, four swivel in rear and two rigid in front.

This Engine Hoist - Shop Crane is perfect for hundreds of lifting applications. This series features a telescopic boom for multiple lifting heights and capacities. The high-capacity hydraulic cylinder provides for faster lifting and features a large-diameter ram to withstand angled loads when lifting. Units roll on two swivel and two rigid casters.

The Truck Jib Crane is designed to lift loads from the ground to truck bed height, then rotate them into the cargo area. The unit adjusts up to 105" and includes a telescopic boom design with manual hydraulic hand pump. This series swivels on a 360-degree base. These units are designed to move equipment only and not personnel.

The Van Jib Lifter are designed for the easy lifting of loads from the ground to the level of van floors. Units can then rotate loads up to 360 degrees into the cargo area, reducing worker strain and effort needed to transfer loads. Units are available with either a manual hand crane winch or a battery-powered winch. The DC model features 36" long leads and a speed of 3/4" per second.

The Air Jib Crane - Pneumatic Jib is powered by a pneumatic cylinder. Fork pockets for 3,000 and 4,000-lb. capacity models measure 7-1/2" wide X 2-1/2" high usable on 24" centers. The Crane Pallet Lifter is designed for lifting and transporting pallets, skids, and crates with an overhead lifting device. This product includes an adjustable bail to ensure that the load remains level during lifting. This series includes 3 height positions for use with loads of different sizes. The BOLA series models have adjustable-width forks. The BOLF series has fixed-width forks.

The Coil Lifter features adjustable balance points in order to lift different sizes of coils up to 90" in diameter. For a level load, this series includes a top adjusting bail. This is a hoist-mounted unit. Lifting ring and hoist not included. Unit is compact enough for easy storage.

The Overhead Pallet Lift is designed to turn cranes into an aerial forklift. This series is ideal for use during construction, in ship loading, with open-top trucks, or barges. Units contain tapered forks to allow access under pallets. The main support has handles to enable operators to position the unit. The large square head works as a counterweight to keep the unit level without a load. This series meets ASME B30.20 Standard 1993.

Spreader Beam is designed for lifting uneven loads and enabling them to stay level with increased safety. This series features ranges from 8" to 141" in increments of 4". The unit's center clevis may be adjusted in 4" increments. The clevis slides between two 5" High-C channels. These units meet ASME B30.20-1993 standards.

Fork Truck Hook Plates allow fork trucks to safely lift a load using slings, cables, or chains. These models have slanted, 6-1/2" wide x 1-3/4" high fork openings, which keep them from being utilized upside-down. These units feature either swivel or rigid hook types. Model BLM-HP10-SL has forks measuring 7" x 2" and includes a swivel lifting hook with a latch.

Hoist Bar Lift is used for lifting uneven, awkward sized loads. This unit is designed for use with an overhead lifting device (not included).

The Beam Roll Lifter uses an overhead hoist to lift and position roll material. Core rod is 2 1/2" diameter. This unit is ideal for when headroom is limited. Designed to meet ASME B30.20. Width of the unit is adjustable on 4: increments.

Hoist Hooks quickly convert fork trucks into swivel hooks. These hooks don't require the use of special tools. Models come in either single-fork or double-fork design. The units are available with either rigid or swivel hooks.

The Pallet Truck Hoist turns pallet trucks into mobile jib cranes. These units allow workers to easily lift and lower loads from elevated work stations onto pallets for transport. Units fit standard 27" x 48" pallet trucks. Bear Claw® Horizontal Plate Clamp firmly grasps plate material so that it can be lifted in the horizontal position. These units are manufactured to ASME B30.20 standards. This series is designed to lift only one plate at a time and can not be used to lift loads less than 20% of the working load limit.

Bear Claw® Steel Beam Clamps are designed to securely grasp sheet material until its release ring is pulled. This series features a 2 to 1 safety factor and is designed to comply with ASME B30.20 specifications.

The Bear Claw® Vertical Plate Clamp is designed to firmly grip plate material for lifting. These vertical models feature automatic serrated hardened steel cams and pads. These units are made to accommodate a minimum plate thickness of 0" and a maximum plate thickness of 0.60", 0.75", 1", or 1.1".

The auto head curtain protects the area above 8' high, that is not covered by the trailer.

These Dock Door Shelters are designed for use on dock doors up to 10' x 10'. Includes an auto push back head and side curtain adjusted automatically as the truck backs into the dock. It assists in energy saving by sealing out the outside elements. This Loading Dock Shelter unit is designed for the truck to back into the shelter, not against it. The side and top curtains act in a wiping action against the side and top of the trailer, providing a complete seal.
