RENOLIT EXOFOL PFX Super-Matt is based on the plasticizer-free PVC film 

RENOLIT EXOFOL PX with an additional high performance top layer. Its low surface tension increases the films dirt and chemical resistance. Thanks to the IR-reflecting pigments incorporated in the well-established Solar Shield Technology (SST) temperature differences are reduced between the outer and inner profile surfaces.

RENOLIT EXOFOL PFX Super-Matt is available in a variety of attractive decors. Their natural wood designs create an authentic combination with the dynamic deep grain surface structure that resembles naturally grown, matt lacquered oak.

The RENOLIT EXOFOL PFX film structure
The base film of RENOLIT EXOFOL PFX consists of a PVC formulation without plasticizer and has a primer layer on the reverse side. Like all RENOLIT EXOFOL films, the film can be processed on one machine with the same adhesive.

A transparent top layer of polyacrylate protects both the printing ink and the base film with highly efficient UV absorbers.

The additional PVDF layer of RENOLIT EXOFOL PFX is already known from the top grade product RENOLIT EXOFOL FX. This fluoroplastic enables the pronounced matt surface structure.

The new exterior solution.

RENOLIT EXOFOL FPX is a new generation of high-performance films. It has a unique multi-layer construction that is all acrylic – PMMA. The makeup of RENOLIT EXOFOL FPX allows it to perform extremely well against the elements.

The solid color PMMA base film is produced using RENOLITS well known Solar Shield Technology (SST). SST utilizes highly stable IR reflective pigments. This means the film has a low heat build-up rating that will keep your whole laminated system stable.

The transparent PMMA top layer protects against UV and provides long-lasting gloss retention. These combined strengths ensure RENOLIT EXOFOL FPX is a very stable and long-term exterior film solution. The warranty for RENOLIT EXOFOL FPX is up to 20 years in the North American market. And PMMA can be recycled.

RENOLIT MLA is an rigid PVC laminate that provides superior protection to paint.

Finish Textures replicate paint, powder coating or natural graining of wood. Natural wood graining is available in random soft ticking, soft Ash or heavy linear grain patterns.

RENOLIT MLA is designed for exterior applications such as door jambs, window components and panel systems.

It gives finger jointed components a seamless appearance. Use it as an upgrade to primed door jambs. Prefinished parts that are paintable if desired.

The RENOLIT EXOFOL FX film structure
RENOLIT EXOFOL FX is a multi-layer film with an overall thickness of 170 - 180 microns. The top layer consists of a polyvinylidene fluoride film (PVDF), the second is transparent polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) and the base layer is a solid color PMMA. The base layer contains Solar Shield Technology (SST), to further decrease heat build-up of the film and the laminated components.

RENOLIT EXOFOL FX is highly ultraviolet, pollution and salt-air resistant. This high-performance laminate retains its beauty throughout its service life. In addition, the film's low surface tension makes it inherently dirt-repellent and therefore easy to clean. Even graffiti can easily be removed with a special cleaner. The easy-to-clean effect of RENOLIT EXOFOL FX allows it to be used for new applications such as faCades on high-rise buildings.

RENOLIT EXOFOL PX is a new and unique exterior film which lasts longer outdoors than typical acrylic/PVC films. It features improved performance in all aspects of the product construction which results in a film  well suited for moderate life products in North America.

The base film uses new raw materials in a revolutionary plasticizer-free PVC formulation. In traditional formulations, plasticizer migration plays a part in the premature aging of PVC based laminating films. Successfully eliminating it plays an important role in increasing the life span of the product. n addition to the improved product properties RENOLIT EXOFOL PX is easy to process; the backside of the film is coated with a primer. 

RENOLIT EXOFOL PX uses superior color pigments in both the base film and the printing inks which also incorporate SST (Solar Shield Technology). These pigments have better color stability to reduce fading over time. Combined with SST which reduces heat build up in the profiles further improves the weatherabilty of the foil.
The printed or solid color base is then laminated with a better performing transparent Acrylic upper layer. Finally the product base layer is primer coated to increase profile adhesion.

RENOLIT EXOFOL PX is suitable for use when a strong value proposition and moderate performance are sought.
