Architectural Formliners
Architectural Polymers' form liners are widely regarded as the most quality-oriented and detailed product for concrete architectural surface treatment. Cost-effective and environmentally-friendly, Architectural Polymers' form liners are made of elastomeric-urethane and guaranteed for 100 uses while ensuring precise texture and detail every time. ABS for 2-4 uses, and HIPS for a single use are also available in a growing number of standard textures for use with cast-in-place, tilt-up and pre-cast applications. Standard textures are available in Contemporary, Stone, Fractured, Wood, Rhythmic, Flat, and Masonry patterns. Our catalog features over 200 standard patterns - many of these are available in standard size pieces (4' x 8 or 4' x 10') with short lead time. Architectural Polymers also specializes in custom form liners used in public arts projects, precast retaining walls, and highway walls.
Photo Engraved Formliner
Architectural Polymers' photo engraved form liners allow you to incorporate unique and beautiful aesthetics in your cast-in-place and precast concrete projects. Nearly any image or photograph can be transferred to an elastomeric form liner to create an intricate surface pattern that will visually transform based on the lighting and perspective creating an evocative experience for the viewer.
Our photo engraved formliners create beautiful products and are easy to use and environmentally friendly. These reusable formliners minimize the amount of waste created with one-time-use molds. Tumbled Thin Brick for Precast

Terra Cotta for Precast
Architectural Polymers, with manufacturing partners, has created a tile system for precast and tilt-up concrete panels. The tiles fully comply with all PCI standards for absorption rates, pull out tests, and dimensional tolerances. The tiles are HT-coated, creating a light-activated surface that allows for a self-washing effect and the decomposition of pollutants. Titanium dioxide is burned insolubly and permanently into the ceramic surface at a high temperature. As a permanent catalyst, it triggers a life-long reaction activated by light with oxygen and humidity, producing activated oxygen and a hydrophilic, water-friendly ceramic surface for keeping facades clean.
