LevelLite® is 40% lighter than other self-leveling underlayments, making it easy to handle, pour, and carry. It helps level floors prior to the installation of ceramic tile, natural stone, resilient flooring, carpet, wood, and other floor coverings. LevelLite® eliminates installation problems such as bond failure, crumbling, and staining of resilient flooring caused by the free moisture found in a traditional underlayment.

LevelQuik® RS is a premium, quick setting, and high flow calcium aluminate based self-leveling underlayment that easily levels floors prior to the installation of ceramic tile, natural stone tile, resilient flooring, carpet, wood, and other floor coverings. This high strength, easy to handle underlayment is dimensionally stable and uses Controlled Cure Technology™ that helps eliminate installation problems such as bond failure, crumbling, and staining of resilient flooring caused by the free moisture commonly found in traditional underlayments.

It creates a waterproof membrane barrier and reduces crack transmission for use on both interior and exterior substrates. It bonds directly to clean metal drains, PVC, stainless steel, and ABS drain assemblies. It can be used as a slab-on-grade moisture vapor barrier under all types of floor coverings.

CEG-Lite™ 100% Solids Commercial Epoxy Grout provides chemical and stain resistance with a fast cure time for a quick return to service. Its lightweight formula makes it easier to spread than typical epoxy grouts and is water-cleanable. Its two-component formula combines a Part A pigmented hardener with a Part B consisting of resins and lightweight aggregates. CEG-Lite is compatible with both CEG-Lite Part A and CEG Part A epoxy grout color pigment and hardener products. Formula is patent-pending.

Prism® Ultimate Performance Grout sets a new standard in cement based grout technology. Prism's calcium Aluminate cement based, latex polymer-modified formula offers consistent color with no shading regardless of tile type, temperature or humidity, and it will not effloresce. The rapid setting formula results in high early strength and dense grout joints up to 1/2″. A unique blend of lightweight recycled glass and fine aggregate sand allows for a smooth consistency that is easy to spread and clean.

Prism® Single-Component® Grout (SCG) is a professional grade premixed, efflorescence-free, and crack-resistant sanded grout. Its Single-Component® formula is ready to use and is the easiest grout to install, regardless of the type of grout or experience level. It is color perfect, highly stain-resistant, and never requires sealing. Prism® SCG can be installed on interior and most exterior tile, glass, and natural stone applications on walls, floors, and ceilings on commercial and residential projects. Its technologically advanced formulation provides extended open time and excellent cleanability along with built-in MicroBan® antimicrobial product protection.

Tech Patch MP is a fast setting, calcium aluminate compound that provides a smooth finish on interior subfloors prior to the installation of a wide variety of floor coverings. Mix with water only to patch, level or skim coat concrete, OSB and plywood up to 1/2″ (12 mm) thick per application. Install floor coverings in as little as 30 – 90 minutes.

The Neptune Pool at Hearst Castle is perhaps the most exciting and beautiful renovation project a tile and stone contractor could ever dream of.  Located on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean above San Simeon, California, this iconic marble pool was inspired by the stunning location and equals the extravagant architecture of the castle itself.  When cracks and leaks in the 90-year old landmark required repairs ­and a complete replacement of the tile, a full system from Custom Building Products was selected to install the new stone work. 

Mercedes-Benz Stadium broke records and earned countless superlatives before the Atlanta Falcons even took the field.  The newest stadium in the NFL is also the most sustainable and the first to achieve LEED Platinum status in the U.S.  As an integral part of the stadium's luxurious aesthetics, over 200,000 square feet of porcelain tile was installed using a premium system from Custom Building Products.

Critical care was taken with the design of Jacobs Medical Center, a 500,000 SF specialty hospital in La Jolla, California.  Construction specifications for this landmark project included a full system of CUSTOM tile installation and flooring preparation products on all 12 floors.  This cutting edge medical center focuses on innovating complex procedures such as brain surgery and marrow transplants.  To support its medical advances, the healing environment is filled with a cheering array of ceramic and glass tile precisely installed in patient bathrooms, public and staff areas, the kitchen and a welcoming cafeteria.

Located on the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains, the University of Wyoming has a reputation of one of the most beautiful college campuses in the country--and the quality of their construction reflects that standard. An expanded High Altitude Performance Center for training athletes and a new Engineering Education and Research Building showcase tile finishes suitable for these world class facilities.  To provide the best protection to the extensive tile assemblies, a full system of installation products from CUSTOM was chosen for these two distinctive new projects on the campus.

Westfield Valley Fair is the highest sales volume shopping center in California--the state with the most space dedicated to retail.  Over the course of three years, $1.1B was spent to renovate this property in the heart of Silicon Valley and expand the mall from 1.5M to 2.2M total square feet.  Already a highly popular tourist attraction, the upscale center added 150 new stores with a focus on luxury brands. This extensive enhancement included installing 360,000 square feet of natural stone, porcelain and glass tile with a full system of products from Custom Building Products. 

The Mile High City is now a little taller with two new luxury high-rise buildings featuring 297,000 square feet of sumptuous tile installed by Interior Logic Group (ILG). Both multi-use towers are located in downtown Denver and boast a long list of amenities plus coverings like natural stone and gauged porcelain panels inside and out. Tile installation systems from Custom Building Products were specified on both buildings to meet the requirements of the materials, multi-story/multi-family needs and the environmental conditions encountered at this elevation.
