Harlequin RockSure™ is a polymer composite; it is a tough, easily managed stage surface designed for use in live performance spaces. This stage floor product is strong enough to support heavy loads, making it an ideal solution for all types of theatrical productions. The floor provides a matte black surface which does not require painting.
Harlequin RockSure can be used for both new stages builds and stage refurbishment. It provides an attractive matte black alternative to more traditional stage surfaces such as wood, a painted “sacrificial" layer of hardboard, or Harlequin heavy-duty vinyl.
Harlequin RockSure can be installed by our highly-skilled technical team or is available for purchase as a stand-alone material. It is manufactured to be squared, pre-drilled, and counter-sunk, and can be worked with standard woodworking tools.

Sprung Floors
Harlequin AeroDeck® is an ultra-lightweight, waterproof, modular sprung floor panel system manufactured from engineered panels with elastomer blocks, located at regular intervals on the underside. The blocks provide added shock absorption and uniform suspension to eliminate hard spots. The panels are laid in a brickwork fashion onto the subfloor, so that cross-joins do not coincide. They are linked to each other by a radiused tongue and groove pivot joint and secured by a unique locking system, which eliminates the need to fix the panels mechanically to the subfloor.

Harlequin Liberty® HD is a development of our renowned Harlequin Liberty® sprung dance floor system, designed with enhanced durability in mind for more challenging environments. Liberty HD is a birch plywood sprung floor panel system with shock-damping dual-density elastomer pads. The panels are coated with a black polymer resin featuring a textured, high-grip pattern on the top surface, which is designed for high-wear, slip resistance, and weatherproofing. The panels join using a rounded tongue and groove and are secured in place using our proprietary ‘one turn of the key’ latch and lock mechanism. Harlequin WoodSpring® is a permanently installed sprung dance floor system designed as a modern update to traditional ‘basket weave’ construction. Harlequin’s modern interpretation blends a traditional construction approach with the technology of today’s materials. The “spring” in basket weave construction comes from the natural flexing and recovery of the triple layer of battens, which is enhanced by shock-absorbent elastomer pads. WoodSpring is comprised of a triple layer of wooden bearers laid at right angles to one another onto shock-absorbent elastomer pads attached to the underside of the bottom layer. The bearers are then covered with a dual layer of semi-flexible panels and covered with either a Harlequin marley vinyl floor or solid hardwood. The selection of lumber, batten, and pad spacing, insulation, and installation is proprietary to Harlequin Floors and critical to long-term performance.

Harlequin Ballet Barres
Harlequin Wall-Mounted Ballet Barres are available as single and double wall-mounted brackets and barres. Brackets are supplied complete with screws and can be mounted at any height. Lengths of barre can be joined inside the bracket heads to hide the joins and give the impression of a continuous length of barre. Wall-mounted barres should be anchored to wood studs or wall blocking.

There are many occasions when it is not possible to fix ballet barre brackets onto a wall – perhaps in front of mirrors or where a wall is not suitable to accept fixings. Harlequin's Floor-Mounted Ballet Barres can be permanently fitted at the same time as the installation of a Harlequin sprung floor. These barres can also be mounted onto an existing floor, provided it is not a sprung floor. Available in single and double barre models.

Perfect for moving from place to place, whether from the stage to scenery dock or on and off vehicles while touring.
Constructed from black scratch-resistant, powder-coated steel, the carts are fitted with four heavy-duty swivel castors and forklift pockets for side lifting.

Harlequin Roll Storage Carts are recommended for storing or transporting larger, heavier rolls of flooring. They are available in two models: a 6-roll standard cart and a 4-roll standard cart, 78½" (2m) long to accommodate any Harlequin vinyl roll-out floor.
Constructed from black, scratch-resistant, powder-coated steel, the carts are fitted with four heavy-duty braked swivel castors and non-marking polyamide wheels. The heavy gauge steel poles supporting the rolls of flooring have special end fittings to locate them securely on the cart and a center support to prevent the rolls from bowing. Additionally, two handles are supplied with each cart to assist with loading and unloading, and when not in use, these are located on the end panel to help maneuver the cart itself.

Harlequin Storage Bags are recommended for the protection of Harlequin vinyl roll out floors during transit, for ease of handling while touring and when storing your vinyl floor. The storage bags are made from a durable 600 denier polyester vinyl fabric with water resistant backing and feature extra wide, heavy-duty nylon webbing cradle straps for added strength and portability. The bags open flat for easy loading, so there is no need to lift the rolls.
Available in two sizes to accommodate most standard rolls of vinyl flooring.
Lightweight, glassless mirrors are available in wall and floor mount, rolling stands or bi-fold and tri-fold models. These specially made mirrors are shatterproof, which increases the safety in your studio, home or rehearsal space. The mirrors are easy to clean by wiping gently with a soft, non-abrasive cloth.

Looking for more grip on your floors? Harlequin ConfiDance® is a specially formulated liquid rosin, which provides surface traction to any hard surface: wood, tile, linoleum and of course specialty vinyl. Although Harlequin's performance floors have a slip resistant surface, many studios and stages have wood or tile surfaces, which require more slip-resistance.
