Kemperol® 2K FR Color Series is a two-component, high performance, UV and color stable, cold liquid-applied, fully reinforced roofing resin.
Easy-to-apply, the fully-reinforced membrane is solvent-free, odor-free, and low VOC. The liquid waterproofing system cures to a bright white or color stable finish. No topcoat is necessary, which reduces labor costs and installation time. The roof resin system is fire rated for Class-A roof assemblies. Engineered and introduced in Germany, the system is now made in the USA.
The bright white formulation also known as Kemperol 2K FR - Reflect White (Kemperol Reflect 2K FR) has been tested and is listed by the Cool Roof Rating Council. Kemperol 2K FR - Reflect White boasts an inital SRI value of 110.
Available colors: Reflect White (Reflect 2K FR), Light Gray, Stone Gray, Patina Green, Military Beige, and Bronze.
Kemperol 2K-PUR is a solvent-free, fleece-reinforced and liquid-applied waterproofing system based on polyurethane resin. The odor-free product can be used universally on roof decks, roof gardens, plazas, balconies, terraces and also for indoor areas such as bath rooms, catering kitchens and plant rooms.
It is the ideal waterproofing system for sensitive areas such as nurseries, hospitals, schools or senior citizens' homes. It is not only a solvent-free product, but 80% of the polyalcohols (resins) are obtained from renewable raw materials. Kemperol 2K-PUR is root and rot resistant according to FLL testing and offers a proven performance for 25 years.
For roofing applications, KEMPEROL® AC Speed FR system can be applied exposed, direct-to-deck, over an insulated assembly, or recover an existing membrane. The self-flashing membrane is ideal for inverted roof applications as there are no seams or termination bars used.
When used for waterproofing, the membrane can be covered with tile, paver, pavement, growing media and other types of approved overburden. Optional KEMPERDUR® AC Traffic Coating allows for additional surfacing of balconies, terraces, walkways and parking decks with the quick-cure performance.
Kemperdur TC produces not only multifunctional surfaces, they can be decorative too. Parking decks, driveways, inner courtyards and ramps are just as ideal for this treatment as are balconies, terraces and walkways. Since the multifunctional Kemperdur TC does not contain any solvents it is especially recommended for interior parking decks.
KEMPEROL® 1K AQUA is a cost-effective, hybrid elastomeric roof maintenance coating that can help extend the life expectancy of an existing roof system. This durable cold-liquid applied roofing resin comes in a highly reflective white finish with an SRI of 110.
KEMPEROL® 1K AQUA is a single component water-based coating that can be easily spray, brush or roller applied. The water-based nature of the coating makes the maintenance of tools and equipment simple, as it can be cleaned with soapy water, avoiding harsh solvent-based chemicals. The coating may be used over: Metal roofs, single-ply membranes, modified bitumen systems, as well as other approved surfaces.
KEMPEROL® 1K-LF is a single-component, UV-stable, “low-odor" and solvent free liquid-applied resin. This high performance fully reinforced membrane system was designed for ease of application on complex details, adhering to damp surfaces and is alkaline resistance. KEMPEROL Premium Fleece 165 is easily saturated with the 1K-LF resin, due to its perforated finish, further simplifying the membrane application.
With no mixing or waiting time needed, the resin is simply stirred and applied straight from the can to the substrate. Ideal for waterproofing complex penetration details, flashings, skylights, drains, gutters and retrofitting small roof and balcony projects.
Interior Waterproofing
Kemperol 022 waterproofing membrane is suitable for interior waterproofing applications and can be applied to walls and floors with direct or indirect load and floor drainage. It is ideal for residential and commercial shower pans, bathrooms, water features, kitchens, mechanical rooms and any other wet room areas that require tile application.
