WHB Series is certified to the PDI WH-201 Standard. Engineered to limit line system surge pressure up to 1500 P.S.I.G. shall be sized and located in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.
The MIFAB® MR-500 Series pressure drop activated brass trap seal primer, with inlet opening of 1/2″ male N.P.T. and outlet opening of female 1/2″ N.PT. Complete with four view holes and removable filter screen. Requires no adjustments and no air pre-charge. The MI-100 is engineered for equal distribution of water to all ports. It's the perfect solution to keep sewer gas from entering the building from seldom used floor drains. The MI-100 can be located anywhere in the water supply and is engineered to permit the building owner to adjust the frequency and amount of water delivery through a timer and stainless steel solenoid valve. A manifold ensures that a minimum of 2 ounces of water are delivered to every port over a twenty-four hour period. The unit must be mounted 12" above the finished floor for every 20' of water supply line. The MI-100 can be installed with a cabinet cover. The system is capable of priming from 1 to 30 floor drain traps. The MI-100 is practical to serve many floor drain traps in infrequently used buildings such as convention centers and sports facilities. The MI-100 is made of lead free materials that touch water.

The MIFAB® MI-600 Series ABS or PVC schedule #40 D.W.V. P-trap trap seal primer connector, with 2" (51), 3" (76), or 4" (102) pipe connections, and a 1/2" (13) or 5/8" (16) brass compression fitting connection to attach to a trap seal primer water supply line. The MIFAB MI-600 Series of P-trap trap seal primer connectors meet the ASTM D-2661 and ASTM D-2665 Standards.
The MIFAB® MI-GARD® Series inline floor drain trap seal with UV resistant ABS plastic frame, silicon rubber sealing flapper and four flexible sealing ribs. Tested and certified to the ASSE 1072 Standard and listed with IAPMO and I.P.C. Specify connection size (1 1/2", 2", 3", 3 1/2", 4" or 6").
The MIFAB® MI-730 Series P-Trap shall be made from 17 gauge polished chrome plated brass and shall have a removable clean out plug at the lowest gravitational point of the J-Bend. Shall be designed with slip joints for ease of connection and lock nuts to tighten and hold in place after installation.
MIFAB® Series MI-DU trap seal primer distribution unit is engineered to receive a metered amount of water from a trap seal primer and distribute the water equally to either two, three or four floor drain traps. Choose from either 1/2″ or 5/8″ compression connections by indicating suffix (-500) or 1/2″ or suffix (-625) for 5/8″. The lid of the distribution unit has the numbers 2″, 3″ and 4″ marked on it. The body of the distribution unit has a guide marker on the top of the body. The numbers and the guide marker are positioned by removing the three screws in the lid of the unit and rotating the lid to match the appropriate numbers with guide marker to provide priming for the desired number of drains. The underside is marked with numbers 1-4 for ease in determining which ports will receive the water. Do not over torque the three lid screws when securing the lid back to the body. It is not necessary to install MIFAB's distribution perfectly level. The unique design will distribute water uniformly when out of level up to 5 degree.

It is manufactured in accordance with ANSI/ASME A112.1.2 air gap in plumbing systems standard.
The MIFAB® Series MI-TEMP-NPB automatic pressure balance valve complete with rough chrome plated cast brass body, type 304 stainless steel piston and shell and two 1/2" (13) F.P.T. inlet and two 1/2" (13) F.P.T. outlet connections. Unit complete with brass plug at end tapped 1/8" (3) for soap dish attachment. Product complies with the AB 1953 low lead requirements.
The MIFAB® MI-THERM low lead thermostatic mixing valve is engineered to deliver mixed temperature water to single or multiple outlets. The valve accounts for any change in supply conditions to ensure that the outlet water temperature remains constant. The MI-THERM is tested and third party certified to the A.S.S.E. 1070 Standard and is listed with I.A.P.M.O.
The MIFAB® Model # WCTSP-1 is designed to provide two ounces of a water prime every time the toilet is flushed. It is an easy retro-fit to existing toilets and uses existing water that is wasted when the toilet is flushed to prime floor drain traps within twenty feet of the toilet. A continuously sloped 5/8" OD copper make-up water line should be installed between the WCTSP-1 and the floor drain trap.
MIFAB's MI-700 Series trap seal primers are engineered to prime one floor drain trap that is no further than twenty feet from the fixture. A 1/2" (13) O.D. copper make-up water line connecting the trap seal primer to the floor drain trap is recommended for the M-700 & MI-701.

Roof Hatches
MIFAB® RHA/RHG Series roof hatches are designed to provide convenient, economical access to the roofs of buildings. The are available in either a light color prime coated galvanized steel (RHG) or aluminum (RHA). All hatches are designed with weather resistant gasketing to ensure long life, low maintenance and ease of operation. Roof hatches install easily over the roof opening and are secured from the base flange to the roof deck.
Floor Hatches
MIFAB® FHA/FHG Series floor access doors are for interior or exterior use where easy access is required. The angle frame construction with integral anchor flange is designed to be cast into concrete. They are available in either prime coated steel (FHG) or aluminum (FHA). Standard units withstand load bearing of 300 lbs. per square foot. They are designed for safety, durability and ease of operation.
Fire Rated Doors
MIFAB® MPFR Series fire rated access door is approved by Underwriters Laboratories Inc., for 1 1/2 hours, “B" label in walls and is approved by Warnock Hersey for 2 hours in ceilings and 3 hours in walls. The door meets ANSI-UL 10B standards. The same door can be used in walls and ceilings. Tests were conducted using mild steel and type 304 stainless steel.
MIFAB® MPFR-DW Series fire rated access door is approved by Underwriters Laboratories Inc., for 1 1/2 hours, “B" label in walls and is approved by Warnock Hersey for 2 hours in ceilings and 3 hours in walls. The MPFR-DW incorporates a drywall bead type of frame for a concealed frame application.
Recessed Doors
MIFAB® CAD Series recessed access door is designed for use in acoustical, drywall, or tiled surfaces. The door panel is recessed 5/8" (15) to allow the insertion of various types of material. Only the thickness of the door and frame edges are exposed. It has a unique white finish.

MIFAB® UA Series is a multi-purpose access door. It is designed for flush installation into drywall, block or tile, walls and ceilings. The door features rounded safety corners, concealed hinge, flush with frame fit, a unique white finish, and a 3/8" turn back in the door panel for extra rigidity and safety.

Plastic Access Doors and Panels
MIFAB® MI-FVP Series flush valve panel is designed for back supply toilets and urinals where the flush valve is built into the wall. This panel allows easy access to service the flush valve by maintenance personnel. The panel provides protection to the flush valve from vandalism.
MIFAB® PA Series plastic access door is designed to provide easy access to plumbing and cables behind walls and ceilings. The door is removable from the frame and fits tightly with snap latches. The white finish can be painted or wallpapered or left as is to match the surrounding environment. This door should not be installed near any existing or potential source of excessive heat or open flame.
Exterior Access Door
MIFAB® WID exterior access doors are designed to provide convenient access to any exterior application, or anywhere that requires protection against air leakage and/ or water penetration. WID doors are also designed to serve the custom air handling equipment manufacturers, as well as mechanical contractors who field assemble built-up air handling systems. All WID doors are manufactured with extruded aluminum flanged frames and door panel frames. Door panels are satin coat steel with optional stainless steel and aluminum sheet inserts. Door panels are insulated and gasketed. WID doors can be manufactured in custom sizes from 12" x 12" to 96" x 96". Available in 1″, 1 1/2″, 2″ Insulation Thickness.
