A division of OmegaFlex®, an industry leader in metal hose design, MediTrac® corrugated medical tubing (CMT) represents the next generation of copper tubing for medical gas distribution. Revolutionary in design and American-made, MediTrac marries the benefits of traditional brazed, cleaned and capped copper tubing with long, coiled lengths that significantly reduce hot work, installation time and labor costs.
Thanks to a unique copper alloy, patent-pending design, and continuous-length rolls, MediTrac eliminates brazed sections and elbow joints that are prone to leaks and contamination. Simply roll out the length, bend it to fit the facility space as needed, and connect the source and distribution points using axial swaged, quick-assembly fittings. This adaptability makes MediTrac an ideal solution for new, renovated and retrofitted healthcare settings including: medical, dental, ambulatory, rehabilitation, clinic, veterinary and long-term care facilities.
Designed to last the lifetime of a facility and sized 1/2″ to 2″, MediTrac can be used with all K, L and DWV medical tubing for a full array of medical gases:
Medical air
Oxygen
Nitrogen
Nitrous oxide
Carbon dioxide
Medical vacuum
Revolutionary Technology
Unlike traditional copper tubing used for medical gas distribution, MediTrac installs quickly with one continuous length from the gas source to a terminal device. Jacketed with a fire-retardant polymer, sized 1/2" to 2", safe and bendable, MediTrac proves ideal for any new, renovated or retrofitted medical, dental, clinic or care facility.
Reduced Costs
Installs quickly and easily, even along parallel systems, to significantly reduce labor costs.
Mitigated Risk of Contamination
Minimizes hot work, dust and construction that can contaminate healthcare environments.
Long, Continuous Lengths
Eliminates brazed sections and elbows with long, bendable lengths that can be adjusted as needed.
Ease of Installation
Cuts installation time dramatically with minimal hot work and just two connections.
Patent-pending System
American-engineered and manufactured by OmegaFlex, a global leader in metal hose design.
Ideal for Healthcare
Offers strength, durability, seismic-resistance, and layout flexibility for all types of medical gases.
Never-Ending Ingenuity
Fully compliant with NFPA99 (2018) code and rated to 1,000°F, MediTrac makes new and retrofit installations a snap with axial, swaged quick-assembly fittings that minimize the potential for error or system breaches.

DoubleTrac® Semi-Rigid Double-Wall Fuel Oil Piping System
DoubleTrac® installs easier – and reduces installation costs.
Like our entire line of flexible piping. DoubleTrac® flexible direct burial piping is easier to install and is less labor-intensive than rigid pipe installations. DoubleTrac® requires no special tools to assemble and can be bent by hand. The special field-attachable fittings provide a reliable metal-to-metal seal through our proven technology. What's more, it's supplied in continuous lengths from a spool that eliminates the need for splice joints – no electrofusion joint welding, no adhesives, no curing problems, and no leaks.
DoubleTrac® creates an environmentally safer system – and at a lower cost.
DoubleTrac's® innovative double-wall design includes a primary interior layer of zero-permeation, highly corrosion resistant corrugated stainless steel with an outer EFEP barrier layer bonded to a Nylon 12 protective layer. The unmatched strength of stainless steel combined with the superior permeation resistance of EFEP in the secondary barrier layer combine to provide highly durable design utilizing proven materials in the industry. The interstitial space provides continuous monitoring for leak detection – making DoubleTrac® the industry's most effective Zero Permeation piping solution.
DoubleTrac® installs easier – and reduces installation costs.
OmegaFlex has a well-earned reputation as a leader in flexible piping technology and has developed a number of unique corrugated piping products specifically for the distribution of liquid and gaseous fuels including the DoubleTrac flex connector.

OmegaFlex® Industrial Division
The OmegaFlex® Chlorine Hose Assembly consists of corrugated Monel 400 alloy tubing with Monel 400 one or two layers of braid. End fittings are either schedule 80 Monel NPT or Type A carbon steel Lap Joint flanges with Monel stub ends. 304 stainless steel casing covers the outside of the assembly. The hose assemblies are manufactured in accordance with the Chlorine Institute pamphlet 6 current addition.
Cryogenic / Vacuum Jacketed Hose Assemblies Vacuum Jacketed hose assemblies are typically found in cryogenic applications because of their insulation properties. Vacuum jacketed with multi-layer insulation creates a low heat transfer rate which minimizes cryogenic liquid boil-off. Jacketed hoses are also used in applications where containment of the media is critical in case of rupture of the inner hose.
OmegaFlex® Oxygen Transfer hoses are fully constructed from stainless steel and are rated for pressures up to 1100 psig.
• Constructed with 1/2" 316ss hose and
304ss braid
• 304ss outer protective casing
• Available in custom lengths
• Stainless steel CGA 440 end connections
• Exceptional flexibility, hose resists kinking
• Cleaned for oxygen service
Meets all applicable FDA and CGA Guidelines
Applications, Cryo-biological and medical systems
and Gas filling plants
OmegaFlex® insulated extruded corrugated braided hose consists of corrugated 300 series 316L stainless steel hose with one layer of 304 stainless steel braid, one layer of non-halogenated fiberglass (E-glass) braid with an outer jacket of Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE), green in color. Several end fitting configurations can be used on the 300 Series insulated extruded (LLDPE) hose. After fabricating a hose assembly using OmegaFlex® 300 series insulated extruded (LLDPE) hose, a silicone end seal wrap is used to partially cover the end fitting and any exposed stainless steel/fiberglass braided hose.
