ICD OPACI-COAT 300 and ICD OPACI-COAT 300 METALLIC.

ICD OPACI-COAT 300 is a water base silicone rolled coated glass coating product that is supplied as flowable, thixotropic emulsion. Upon evaporation of water, the applied coating will cure to a tack-free silicone elastomeric film which provides opacification in any color to glass and related construction materials.

IICD OPACI-COAT 300 METALLIC is applied with dedicated automatic spray equipment. We can utilize the full range of metallic effects and colors the OPACI-COAT-300A® METALLIC has to offer. This adds depth to your exterior and interior coated glass use.

We offer over 25 different types of Textured Glass including Low Iron Textures. These are great for restaurant partitions, showers enclosures, sneeze guards or room dividers.

Various 5/16-3/8 glass patterns are available to choose from.

The 400 Series (1-3/4 x 4 system) is an economical systems designed to efficiently meet industry standard performance requirements, all the systems components are designed to allow interchangeability making them ideal for either exterior and interior applications. This series are industry standard center glazed systems that receive all standard entrance door hardware and doors types with single or double action door hardware.

This system will receive 1/4 glass in a glass pocket width and can be shop of filed fabricated. The extrusions can be reinforced to meet more rigorous performance requirement.

The 450 (1-3/4 x 4-1/2) series is most versatile for exterior applications, since its design to meet higher performance standards. All the systems components are designed to allow interchangeability making them ideal for either exterior or interior application. The series are industry standard center glazed systems that receive all standard entrance door hardware and the door type single or double action door hardware.

This system will receive 1/4 glass in a glass pocket width and can be shop or filed fabricated. The extrusion can be reinforced to meet more rigorous performance requirement.

The 251 series is an offset glazed system with frame/glass faces slightly on plan for a minimal frame protrude and increase aesthetics/performance values, designed specifically to be glazed with 1-inch insulated glass furnished in a complete line of extrusion and accessories to accommodate most job conditions.

This glazing system is available in 2 x 4-1/2 sections and glass inserts may be positioned inward/outward for custom application. The systems will accommodate most PRL Entrance Doors.

PRL's Curtain wall is a rain screened, pressure equalized, high performance product for buildings that require the highest of performance and quality.

Additional Features

Our thermally broken Max aluminum sliders are high performance, energy efficient patio doors. Made with thermally broken frames that prevent heat transfer, these sliding door walls help maintain indoor temps while weatherstripping grants increased protection from the elements. Max aluminum sliders incorporate an insulated strip between the inner and outer profiles. This creates a thermal barrier that reduces heat loss during the winter and heat gain in the summer.

AAMA and NFRC rated, our thermally broken Max sliding doors are ideal for structural wind loads, air and water infiltration, seismic design and hurricane impact resistance. Rendered with heavy duty aluminum frames, these indoor/outdoor sliders are sold as top-hung or bottom-rolling systems with 3", 4" or 1" ultra-narrow stiles.

You can quote our thermally broken Max aluminum sliders in multiple configurations, glass types and finishes. When specified with IG units or low E glass, they'll deliver even greater energy efficiency. Thermally broken Max patio doors in standard anodized and powder coated finishes arrive in only 2 weeks. Our 251DT thermally broken storefront is an offset glazed series. Boasting a thermally broken frame that prevents heat transfer, and weatherstripping for a tighter seal from the elements, this storefront offers excellent performance and saves on energy costs. The 251DT is designed for commercial-grade applications.

This thermally broken offset glazed storefront uses 1" glass thicknesses. Manufactured as a complete package, it includes 2" x 4 ½" framing sections, 24 ft. standard stock lengths, all materials and hardware. The 251DT also ships pre-glazed and ready to install.

PRL's thermally broken impact resistant storefront systems are the ultimate in protection and energy efficiency. Made with impact resistant glass, they guard against break-ins, flying debris and hurricane-force winds; and boasting thermally broken frames, these storefronts deliver excellent energy efficiency. These storefronts include your choice of the 250DT center glazed series or our 251DT offset glazed series and impact resistant glass panels.

Our thermally broken impact resistant storefront systems are sold as complete packages. They include each storefront series materials, but are also designed with a polyurethane pour and debridge method to withstand the most demanding climates and conditions. And our impact resistant glass has a wind load of 35 psf. Arriving in just one week, you can specify our thermally broken impact resistant storefront systems in multiple architectural finishes.

Our Battle doors are rendered as single or door pairs with inswing or outswing configurations in offset or center hung operations.

Aluminum Battle doors are available in narrow 2 ½" stiles, medium 3 ½" stiles and wide 5 ¼" stiles. Crafted to meet structural demands, these entry doors are also equipped with multi-point locking systems for extra protection. Our Battle doors accept various glass types and thicknesses as well as 1" thick impact resistant glass for added security.

 Our accordion bifold door systems are thermally broken indoor/outdoor sliders that deliver excellent energy efficiency. An above ground, inline, bottom rolling system, it's made with thermally broken aluminum doors and frames with 30 mm. polyamide thermal breaks, an innovative seal system and dual perimeter weather stripping. These accordion bifold doors easily fold into a side-stacked orientation and offer simple one-handed operation. Featuring fully concealed rollers and guides, and a fully mitered sash with slim sightlines, our accordion sliders grant flush thresholds for seamless transitions between adjoining areas. We produce laminated panels with annealed, heat-strengthened, or tempered glass. Generated in numerous make-ups, you can specify sizes up to 96" x 155" and thicknesses ranging from ¼" to 3". Ruby Interior glass sliding doors offer architects and designers the freedom of choice between a top hung sliding glass door system and a pivot system. Ruby's unique all glass door system ensures minimal obstruction from hardware and framing to provide customers with the largest viewing area through the glass with a clean finished appearance. The Ruby Pivot System has a high-tech appearance and can be used as a free swinging door or the swing can be controlled by adding a floor closer. PRL's Ruby Pivot system is available with overhead panel and sidelight connectors, which give the freedom of adding a transom and/or sidelights to your opening. The Ruby is suspended from above, leaving a trackless and uninterrupted floor.

PRL manufactures all-glass entrance doors for commercial and residential accessways. Frameless in design, our doors yield expansive all-glass appearances with their streamlined door rails, petite Euro fittings and corner patch rails. All-glass entry doors are sold as complete packages. Shipped with all hardware preinstalled, they include your choice of door style, glass type, hardware, lock and handles. We also supply 4 panic devices for all-glass door emergency exits.
