Telescopic Outrigger arms can be used as an alternative to traditional Davit systems. Used primarily with high parapet walls, screen walls, and mansard roofs.
Outriggers provide flexibility with reaches between 1' -6" to 8' - 5" and are used for ground rigging of platforms or bosun chairs.
SKYSAFE® modular and knockdown suspended scaffolding provides a stable, secure platform for any work being done on highrise buildings, tall structures and bridges. Bluewater Roof Guardrail System
The SafetyRail 2000 (SR2K) is a non-penetrating, passive fall protection system for workplace safety in rooftop or ground level applications. Used as a portable or permanent solution, the SafetyRail 2000 System's unique design eliminates the cost and danger of potential trip hazards created by intermediate counterweights used in other guardrail systems. When the 96-pound cast iron bases are installed in a run with a 90-degree return on each end, the combined mass and the geometry of the installation creates an OSHA-compliant barrier for roof edge protection.
The SafetyRail 2000 Guardrail is an OSHA Fall Protection guardrail. OSHA guardrails and roof railings ensure OSHA Compliance using a passive fall protection system. The SafetyRail 2000 Guardrail is part of BlueWater Manufacturing's SR2K system, a non-penetrating, passive fall protection system for workplace safety in rooftop or ground level applications. The SafetyRail 2000 has been tested by a nationally-recognized engineering firm and found to be in accordance with OSHA regulations. These regulations are in fall protection for guardrail; sections 1910.23 and sections 1926.500 - 1926.503.
The SafetyRail 2000 Base was designed to be capable of handling infinite safety rail positioning meanwhile durable enough to maintain OSHA compliance with the custom-engineered locking system.

The Architectural Series combines our non-penetrating guardrail system with an architectural appeal for those applications where appearance of the railing is important. The Architectural Series has a pleasing sightline and can enhance the overall appearance of your building while maintaining a fall protection barrier around the roof edge that meets OSHA Regulations. Since the Architectural Series utilizes the same patented, non-penetrating base as the SafetyRail 2000, your roof system will maintain its integrity and not be compromised by having to penetrate the roof surface for installation. The Architectural Series is ideal for new building construction, adding passive fall protection to an existing building or as an addition to existing guardrails.
Architectural Series Cut Sheet
The StealthRail folding guardrail is a collapsible, portable guardrail and safety rail system. Designed with a one-way pivot assembly, the guardrail folds when used on a surface and does not exceed a vertical plane when in the upright position. A detent pin on each pivot assembly locks the safety guard rail in the upright position. When the system is in its folded position, there are clean sightlines from ground level and the building's architectural integrity is preserved.
BlueWater Manufacturing's newest guardrail system, SafetyRail 2000FG, is constructed out of fiberglass. The FG Safety Rail (patent-pending) is the ideal passive fall protection system for rooftop fall protection when telecommunication equipment is present and can't have metal guardrails that will interfere with RF signals. This RF-transparent guardrail is non-penetrating and can be used as a portable or permanent fall protection system.
The rail sections of the SafetyRail 2000FG can be mounted in infinite directions, enabling endless configurations and fast and easy installation. They are made from a polyester, fire retardant, UV inhibited and a UV coated material.
The SG Series Standing Seam Metal Roof Guardrail offers optimal fall protection for standing seam metal roof applications, providing mandated worker protection for ladder egress/ingress and roof edge fall protection. The SG Series Galvanized Base Plate can be incorporated with BlueWater's Architectural Series Guardrail, SafetyRail 2000 or the PermaLine Warning Line System.

The PermaLine was designed for permanent placement of a Warning Line System for roof edge fall protection. With this innovative system, you will no longer have to make monthly trips to your rooftop to replace torn or worn out plastic flagging. In addition, you will no longer have to inventory the flagging for future replacements. Once in place, the PermaLine remains intact until you want to move it. Best of all, it's a non-penetrating system. The PermaLine (Patent Pending) is the only permanent Warning Line System in the market place. It is not a motion stopping devise. PermaLine Cut Sheet
BlueWater's patent-pending and non-penetrating ParaRail exceeds OSHA regulations and allows workers full access to a leading edge on a flat roof or the roof's parapet. May be used as a permanent solution to a rooftop leading edge or may be moved as needed.
The Raised MidRail is used to fit over ductwork and keep a continuous run of SafetyRail 2000, reducing the need for outriggers at the interruption.
The StepRail enables a continuous run of SafetyRail 2000 when the roof steps up or down.
Eliminating a trip hazard at the egress/ingress point of the ladder, the Finishing Rail Extension uses the ‘D' extension to keep the bases away from the ladder landing. The Finishing Rail can be used in conjunction with any of the SafetyRail 2000 components.
The SafetyRail LP Outrigger is used to continue a run of BlueWater's SR2K when faced with obstructions such as ducting or conduit that a standard rail cannot be easily run through.

The BlueWater Industrial Self-Closing OSHA Ladder Safety Gate is tough, durable and best of all, economical, reliable, easy to install, and more closely matches the railings and their dimensional requirements provided for by Federal OSHA.
The gate arm is dimensioned to provide maximum opening coverage. When the gate is installed and the top rail is at the OSHA's recommended nominal height of 42", the bottom rail of the gate is positioned at a height of 21". This matches the OSHA mid-rail height for guardrails.

Our Roof Hatch/Skylight Systems exceeds OSHA Std. 29 CFR 1910.23 and 1910.27. It is the only product available in the market with a gate assembly that meets the same OSHA regulations and requires no drilling into any surface for installation. Portable davits and powered platforms are the most economical solution for building access in North America on structures no higher than 490 feet from grade.
TRACTEL®'s two-piece davits are designed to tilt to horizontal by mechanical means before detachment from the davit base. When the arms are lowered, the davit boom can be easily separated from the davit mast for transport to the next work location and for ease of storage when not in use.
The davit mast is equipped with transportation wheels to provide ease of movement from one location to another and to protect roofing surfaces.

Track mounted Powered Davit Carriage building maintenance units are designed for low, mid and high-rise buildings.
The equipment suits applications where davits cannot be physically moved due to other roof top equipment, parapets greater than 6 feet or less than 42 inches, limited roof access and too narrow an area in which to land a powered platform.
Davit carriages are capable of servicing buildings with heights of up to 650ft. (200 m) with roof mounted hoists and 490 ft.(150 m) with self powered platforms.

Monorails closely follow the facade, with Tracmod powered platforms suspended from trolleys to access various points of a structure.
TRACTEL®''s unique RAILSCAF monorail is designed to closely follow the roof line with manual or powered trolleys for access to the facade. RAILSCAF can be installed along an incline, providing access to facades below pitched roofs and areas with ground obstructions.

National Safety Codes require all suspended building maintenance equipment on structures over 130'' (150'' or 45m in Canada) require intermittent stabilization anchors installed in the fa'§ade to provide for wind sway protection.
Stabilization can be provided by a continuous mullion track or by intermittent stabilization anchors placed every three floors or 50 feet (whichever is less) starting from the top of the building and repeating to grade in line with the support system above.
Intermittent stabilization systems are mandatory and as designed can only be used correctly when the platform comes from the roof down. The intermittent stabilization system will not work or meet code in any ground rigged application.
Tieback anchors are the most basic engineered means utilized to secure equipment and personal fall arrest systems that are used during work from suspended equipment.
Swingstage Safety tieback Anchors are designed to meet applicable safety codes, including OSHA, CalOSHA, ASME/ANSI, and CAN/CSA-Z91-M90.

For man riding applications a protective secondary safety device is mandatory. For this use Tractel offers the BS and BSO Blocstop™ products. In response to the most strict safety regulations, they can easily be attached to most fittings. The «TIRFOR®» jaw-type unit fitted inside the Blocstop™ closes onto the safety wire rope and as the jaws grip over a large area causes no damage to the wire rope.
The Blocstop™ is a fall-arrest secondary safety device which, when fitted to an appropriate wire rope, can be used in conjunction with almost any lifting equipment.
