These curtains are fabricated from the highest quality flexible materials and are available in a variety of formats including ESD safe (antistatic), conductive, non outgassing, and laser safe. A variety of attachment systems can be provided for our clean room curtains including SealTech, Dual-Lock, Hook & Loop, Slide Mount, pre-drilled anodized aluminum angle with fastener sets, or sliding track. The curtains can be wall mounted, ceiling mounted, or secured to a softwall frame system.

The raw material extruded to produce these ESD safe & non-outgassing curtains is made from Noveon's 5091 Stat-Rite compound. In addition to having outstanding antistatic properties, this polyurethane material also meets UBC Class 1 and NFPA Class A flame spread and smoke developed values. The natural suppleness of polyurethane, unlike vinyl (flexible PVC), does not require the addition of a plasticizer, which is the most common outgassing element found in vinyl materials.

These curtains are designed to perform in applications where a true laser safe barrier is required. Available in standard and heavy duty models, as well as clean room grade, Lasershield curtains can be installed using any of our attachment methods.

Generically strip doors are used to reduce energy loss and improve working environments by providing temperature control as well as a barrier to flying insects, dust, fumes, light, and/or noise.

They are available in 6", 8" 12", or 16" widths, clear or various colors, standard or USA low-temperature grades, and in "flat-smooth" or "ribbed" formats for industrial, commercial or retail applications such as walk-in coolers or freezers, loading docks, conveyor openings, and interior partitions.

In addition to the generic "flat-smooth" and "ribbed" formats, our strip doors are also available with our patented Tear Drop Edge strip material in 4", 8" or 12" widths. This material has a rounded or tear drop shaped bead running down both vertical edges which causes the material to hang straighter and seal better than generic strip doors, while making tearing across the face of the strip much less likely. As these strips overlap, they encapsulate a tiny pocket of air allowing the strips to separate more easily as well as creating an intermittent raised portion of material which provides the same benefit as ribbed material, but without the loss in visibility.

Heavy duty galvanized steel hardware for wall or header mount applications is the standard attachment system provided with our strip doors, but attachment systems can also be supplied for overhead door or sliding door applications, as well as our aluminum piano hinge system for walk-in box or conveyor openings.

These strip doors are designed primarily for walk-in box applications and feature the "marriage" of our patented Tear Drop Edge strip material with our SealTech attachment system. Available with 4" or 8" wide strips in standard or low-temperature grade material, these easy to install strip doors not only provide energy savings, they also help to increase compressor life and reduce product spoilage.

Used to partition or enclose any area within a work environment, these curtains can be mounted in a stationary or movable fashion, providing an effective barrier against a wide variety of adverse conditions including noise, dust, light, and/or fumes. Curtain walls can be made of transparent, translucent, or opaque materials, or any combination of the three.

Available in a variety of transparent colors including yellow, red, and dark amber, these curtains provide protection against hazardous glare and sparks from welding operations including prevention of potential eye damage by screening out harmful U.V. rays and their effects while maintaining visibility in the work area. Welding curtains can be provided with strip door hardware, a roller track mounting system, or a stand alone portable frame.

Can be fabricated from any of our flexible materials and are available with velcro, snap, or zipper closure systems for use in clean room, food service, or general industrial environments. This unique attachment system makes installation and panel replacement fast and simple for both clean room and light industrial applications. It is ideal for refrigerated walk-in boxes in commercial, institutional, and/or retail environments. Unlike conventional strip curtain and flexible panel attachment systems which require the use of cumbersome fastener sets, once the SealTech mounting extrusion is anchored to the ceiling, header, wall, or frame, no additional hardware is required. The extruded vinyl hook factory welded to the top of each strip or panel, slips into the channel of the anodized aluminum mounting extrusion, and is held in position by the anodized aluminum cap extrusion which easily snaps into place.

Is made from light weight anodized aluminum channel in which are inserted roller trolleys with plated hooks; an ideal system to mount curtains that need to be easily opened and closed. Normally installed in interior applications be they clean room, commercial, or light industrial, this system is easily attached to both T-grid and sheet rock ceilings.

Made from 16 gauge galvanized steel channel in which can be inserted either individual roller trolleys for curtain wall applications or rolling trolleys with pre-studded attachment plates for strip curtain applications. It can be installed in a variety of manners (wall, header, or threaded rod mount) for either interior or exterior commercial or industrial applications.

Made from pre-studded galvanized steel mounting and projection brackets, this system is used when it is not possible or not desired to have a strip door installed on the outside of an exterior door opening; most commonly on a loading dock or shipping/receiving area. This system creates a three sided "vestibule" like enclosure on the interior side of the door opening with the brackets mounted in a manner that does not interfere with the operation of the opening's primary door, be it an overhead or roll up door. Strip doors of up to 20' widths can be mounted in this fashion with either 12" or 18" projection brackets.
