VersiGard EPDM is available in reinforced and non-reinforced membranes. Non-reinforced membranes are available in different widths and lengths, and are ideal for use in fully adhered and ballasted assemblies. Reinforced membranes feature a strong polyester reinforcement and are specially developed for mechanically attached and fully adhered systems.
VersiWeld TPO membranes reduce the amount of energy required to maintain cool building environments and are CRRC-rated. With the OctaGuard XT™ Weathering Package, VersiWeld membranes also offer extreme weatherability and long-term performance.
Versico's labor-saving VersiFleece Fire-Rated (FR) TPO membranes are manufactured using a hot-melt extrusion process for complete scrim encapsulation. Once the TPO is reinforced and enhanced with 10-ounce fire-resistant fleece, the total sheet thickness is 115-mils, creating a durable sheet that is quick to install and ideal for re-roofing or new construction projects.

These things combined provide desirable levels of solar reflectance, thermal emissivity, and Solar Reflective Index (SRI).

Education
Versico's CCM University offers on-demand e-Learning courses, many of which are accredited for AIA, IIBEC, and/or GBCI continuing education credits. CCM University courses are available for any industry professional looking to increase their knowledge of single-ply roofing and building envelope systems. Courses on CCM University are free and users have instant access to certificates upon course completion. Users also have the ability to request and schedule free in-office Lunch & Learn presentations.
EPDM Membranes
VersiGard EPDM is available in reinforced and non-reinforced membranes. VersiGard White EPDM is a non-reinforced EPDM membrane that is environmentally friendly and aesthetically pleasing. VersiGard White EPDM can contribute toward LEED® credit requirements and is CRRC certified.
Versico's VersiGard QA (Quick-Applied) Non-Reinforced EPDM Membrane offers excellent weatherability and hail resistance, provides significant labor savings, and qualifies as a Low-VOC option with no solvent-related odors. VersiGard QA is a nominal 60-mil non-reinforced EPDM membrane laminated to a 100% -solid pressure-sensitive adhesive and is available in 10' x 100' (3m x 30m) rolls. The release liner is silicon-coated on one side for consistent release from the adhesive.
One of the most critical portions of a VersiGard EPDM installation is made faster and easier with Quick-Applied Tape (QAT) Seam Technology. With QAT Seam Technology, QA Seam Tape is factory applied to the membrane, greatly reducing the time required for completing seams and minimizing your labor costs.

VersiWeld QA (Quick-Applied) TPO combines the energy efficiency and durable characteristics that VersiWeld TPO consistently provides, with the ease of installation associated with a pre-applied adhesive. This factory-applied adhesive eliminates the need to apply bonding adhesive in the field, making it the fastest and easiest to install membrane of it's kind.

VersiFlex FRS PVC utilizes a fiberglass-reinforced scrim. This dimensionally stable scrim is fully encapsulated and is designed for fully adhered applications in all areas, especially those with extreme temperature fluctuations.
Versico's KEE HP PVC membranes contain a solid KEE HP (high-performance) plasticizer with a higher molecular weight than standard KEE. Featuring improved aesthetics, enhanced thermal performance, a wider window of weldability and superior cold temperature flexibility.
Versico's RapidLock (RL) Roofing System is a revolutionary membrane attachment method that provides a fully adhered system without the use of adhesives. The RL system utilizes VELCRO® Brand Securable Solutions along with 115-mil VersiFleece RL EPDM, TPO, or PVC to achieve performance on par with traditional fully adhered single-ply systems.
VersiFleece PVC is manufactured using Versico's VersiFlex™ PVC membrane laminated to a fleece backing. This combination provides superior protection not only from punctures, but also from damage by gas, oil, and other chemicals.

VersiFlex PVC Pressure-Sensitive (PS) Cover Strip is a groundbreaking new product designed to help contractors save time, labor, and money. Versico's new PVC PS Cover Strip is used for stripping-in flat metal edging and eliminates the need for costly PVC-coated metal or two-piece clip-on edge metal. PVC PS Cover Strip is compatible with a variety of metal finishes and is quick and easy to install; no welding is required. Simply apply PVC Step 1 Activator, followed by PVC Step 2 Primer, then install the PVC PS Cover Strip. During field testing and evaluation, contractors called this product a “game changer."
