A rinseable low viscosity, sprayable liquid used as a pre-treatment of black EPDM rubber roof (Single-Ply) membrane prior to power washing and application of Eternalastic coating. The unique chemistry is designed for use with Eternalastic Coating. Pre-treatment with #990 Eternalastic EPDM Primer significantly improves the adhesion of Eternalastic to a EPDM rubber.
