Rollback Gate: Floor Mounted

Meets OSHA Requirements 1910.29(b) and 1926.502(b) and ANSI 6.4.4

This floor-mounted Rollback gate is the product of choice when moving pallets or materials to and from an elevated location.

Rollback gates with dual interconnected gates are the ideal solution because under any and all conditions, either the pick side gate is closed or the loading side gate is closed so workers are never exposed to the fall edge.

The load side gate and pick side gate are connected together and synchronized by a dual chain drive system. When a worker lowers the pick side of the gate to close off the fall hazard, the load side automatically raises and is ready to accept the pallet. Once the pallet is in the pallet drop zone, the operator raises the pick side gate to access the pallet and the load side gate drops, closing off the fall hazard.
