Smoke Vents and Natural Ventilation - Aluminum Framed Acrylic Dropout Top - Series 3500

These top only dropout skylights are gravity operated acrylic double dome, single leaf smoke vents designed to fit on new or existing curbs. When a fire reaches in excess of 500 degrees F, the domes are designed to drop out, allowing hot gases and smoke to exit the building. Units can also be equipped with a fusible link that causes the domes to drop out when a certain temperature is achieved. Systems can also be used in conjunction with a facility's fire suppression system.
