The Blue Giant Air-Powered Dock Leveler operates safely and efficiently under the toughest conditions: temperature extremes, heavy operations, and exposure to caustic substances.

Uses the industry-accepted total load class standard ANSI MH30.1 for ease of weight calculations and usage.

THE POWER OF AIR
Air-Powered performance is activated by a single push button control station, requiring no bending or pulling on the part of the operator. The blower motor inflates a two-stage airbag via high-volume, low-pressure (HVLP). After releasing the button, the bag deflates, setting the platform on the trailer bed. This air lifting system is an environmentally-friendly alternative to oil-powered hydraulics. A redesigned lip operation system provides positive powered deployment and automatic release when lowering on trailer bed or storing in parked position.

LOAD CLASSIFICATION - Tool to select your Dock Leveler

The Blue Giant Dock Lip Barrier (DLB) protects closed overhead doors from impact damage and prevents accidental forklift roll-off when the overhead door is open and no trailer is stationed at the dock.

When in the stored position, the DLB extends 5" (127mm) above the cross traffic position providing an active, full dock width solid steel barrier.

The MD-CM Series edge-of-dock leveler is ideally suited for applications where pit leveler installation is not feasible or standard fleet bed heights are serviced at the loading dock.

The MD-CM Series is easily installed to the dock face, providing an efficient self storing docking unit, replacing cumbersome dock plates.

Available in rated capacities of 20,000 and 30,000lbs (9,090 to 13,636kgs).

Typically, a dock lift will cost 1/3 the price of a fork lift truck and will have a quick and favorable payback when compared to the long-term cost associated with operating a forklift and manually loading / off-loading a trailer. The LoMaster™ Stationary Dock Lift will also greatly reduce handling costs, cargo damage and employee injury common to vertical transfer operations.

In the event you find the cost of forming a concrete pit/pad expensive, an economical solution is a LoMaster™ S-Series Semi-Portable Dock Lift. The unit is installed at the dock face and mounted on locating cradles and wear plates. With its extremely low profile, the LoMaster™ S Series provides added versatility for ground level loading or unloading operations.

Available in rated capacities of 4,000 to 6,000lbs (1,818 to 2,727kgs)

QUALITY CONSTRUCTION AND LOADING VERSATILITY
The same high quality construction features found in the stationary models are incorporated into all LoMaster™ S Series lifts. Each lift cylinder is encased in a weather-resistant, all steel housing. Precision velocity fuses on each hydraulic cylinder eliminates platform free-fall. All hard chromed pivot points are fitted with lifetime-lubricated bearings or Teflon coated bronze bushings. Indicator sensor bars and high visibility striping provide four sided toe protection. Sturdy steel handrails with 4" (107 mm) kick plate and barrier chains on both ends provide added operator safety. An 18" (457 mm) long lip with lifting chain on the rolling end is standard.

With a vertical restraining range of 9" (227 mm) to 25" (635 mm) and instant float of 16" (406 mm), the HVR303 services a wide variety of trailers, including those with bent or damaged ICC bars. Ability to adjust automatically to trailer motion makes it compatible with air-ride suspension systems, enabling solid engagement and minimizing the risk of separation and worker injury.

GREEN POWER
The StrongArm™ HVR303 is an environmentally sustainable alternative to oil-powered hydraulics. It can be interlocked with Blue Giant air-powered dock levelers to build a 'green' loading dock solution, allowing builders and developers to qualify for government incentives as well as project the image of an environmentally responsible business.

• Certain applications, such as chemical handling facilities or grain storage locations, involve explosive substances and require limited interaction with electrical devices:the ML10 is a safe and reliable restraining device for these situations because of its entirely mechanical operation.

THE NEXT LEVEL

• The ML10 system can be upgraded to include a manual or automatic lights communication package for added safety at the loading dock

• The TLC24-M has interior and exterior LED signal lights (red / green) that are manually controlled to communicate safety conditions to both dock workers and truck drivers

• The advanced TLC24-A has all the benefits of the TLC24-M but also detects the position of the restraint via a sensor, allowing the lights to automatically change according to the relevant safety condition

Blue Giant wheel chocking systems are an effective way to achieve safety at the loading dock. Not all vehicles are equipped with an ICC bar, or the ICC bar may be damaged, and a vehicle restraint will not suffice in this application. Blue Giant wheel chocking systems secure the trailer and communicate with internal personnel that the trailer is chocked correctly and safe for loading and unloading. All from a single control station operation.
