SealTite PRO Open Cell XTR is a two-component, light-density, one-to-one by volume spray-applied polyurethane foam with ultra-low VOC and the only SPF product to earn the UL formaldehyde-free certification. SealTite PRO Open Cell XTR does not require mixing or agitation of the resin prior to application. SealTite PRO Open Cell XTR is an insulation system designed for use in commercial and residential applications. Use in lieu of more traditional forms of insulating materials such as fiberglass, cellulose or other loose fill products. Typical areas where SealTite PRO Open Cell XTR is applied are exterior and interior walls, vented attics, unvented attic assemblies and between floors.

For more comfortable and consistent indoor temperature control, optimum energy efficiency, improved indoor air-quality, and reduced sound transfer SealTite PRO's open cell spray foam products are the natural choice. Our light-density spray foam products provide a high R-value per inch, expanding into crevices and cracks to create a precision air-tight seal. Our Open-Cell spray foam products utilize water as a blowing agent and are free of ozone depleting chemicals or chemicals with a global warming potential. Our open-cell products are the most trusted, tested, and certified open-cell spray foam insulation products in the industry with 15 years of proven performance and acceptance in over 20 UL fire rated designs.

SealTite PRO Open Cell is a two-component, light-density, air-impermeable spray-applied polyurethane foam insulation designed for use in all interior applications in commercial construction. Specify it for use in lieu of more traditional forms of insulating materials such as fiberglass, cellulose, or other loose fill products in exterior wall cavities, vented attics, unvented attic assemblies, and as a sound attenuation and insulating material between floors and interior or shared walls.

SealTite PRO No Trim 21 is a two-component, light-density, air-impermeable spray-applied polyurethane foam insulation with a higher R-value than traditional open-cell products. It is designed for use in all interior applications in commercial construction. With an R-value of 4.2 per inch, SealTite PRO NO Trim 21 can be specified in interior and exterior wall cavity applications that require higher R-values to meet more demanding energy efficiency requirements. SealTite PRO No Trim 21 achieves a R-15 at 3.5" and a R-21 at 5". Combined with SealTite PRO VRC-2 liquid-applied vapor retarder coating, SealTite PRO No Trim 21 can be used in colder climate zones as a more cost-effective alternative to closed-cell, medium density spray polyurethane foam.

SealTite PRO OCX is a two-component, light-density, air-impermeable spray-applied polyurethane foam insulation designed for use in all interior applications in commercial construction. SealTite PRO OCX contains 14% bio, renewable, recycled, and sustainable content and complies with AC-377 Appendix X allowing it to be installed in attics and crawl spaces without a prescriptive ignition barrier or an additional intumescent coating.

SealTite PRO HFO is our next generation two-component, medium-density, spray-applied polyurethane foam with an Ultra-Low Global Warning Potential. SealTite PRO HFO offers a higher R-value per inch than our other closed-cell SPF products and complies with all state environmental regulations. SealTite PRO HFO is free of hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) or flammable blowing agents. Specify it for use in lieu of more traditional forms of insulating materials such as fiberglass, cellulose, or other loose fill products in exterior wall cavities, vented attics, and unvented attic assemblies. SealTite PRO HFO can also be applied as continuous insulation to above and below grade exterior walls of commercial buildings to reduce thermal bridging while eliminating the need for any additional air, water, and vapor barrier products.

SealTite PRO VRC-2 is a liquid-applied vapor retarder coating formulated for use on all SealTite PRO open-cell spray polyurethane foam (SPF) insulation products. This high-solids, proprietary formula achieves a Class II water vapor transmission rating. SealTite PRO VRC-2 simultaneously seals and creates a seamless vapor retarder coating with excellent adhesion to all SealTite PRO open-cell foams. SealTite PRO VRC-2 meets the International Building Code (IBC) and International Residential Code (IRC) requirements for a Class II vapor retarder and is recommended for use on open-cell SPF as part of a vapor management strategy to reduce moisture and condensation risk in framed walls, ceilings, and attics in cold climate zones.
