TotalClad insulated metal wall panels are as durable as they are cost-efficient. Concealed clips and fasteners at the panel's joint offer a clean and uninterrupted aesthetic. These lightweight insulated metal wall panels may be installed vertically for long and sleek sight lines with a wide range of lengths, thicknesses, and exterior profiles and finishes.
TOTALCLAD™ Insulated Metal Panel Technical Data Sheet
MetalWrap Long Span provides flexible options for applications that require direct attachment to steel girts up to 6' o.c. The insulated composite backup panel system consists of two steel skins permanently bonded to a poured-in-place foam insulating core. The panel provides thermal, air, water and vapor barriers in a composite assembly.
MetalWrap Long Span Series Features & Benefits:
MetalWrap Long Span provides flexible options for applications that require direct attachment to steel girts up to 6' o.c. It is an insulated composite backup panel system that consists of two steel skins permanently bonded to a poured-in-place foam insulating core. The panel provides thermal, air, water and vapor barriers in a composite assembly. This single component assembly replaces multiple components used for backup wall systems. Various attachment systems are available to accommodate different exterior rainscreen materials using steel subgirts. A minimum of 18-gauge steel studs is recommended for horizontal panels.
MetalWrap is the only insulated composite backup panel with an integrated window system. CENTRIA’s Formavue 600 Window further enhances air and water performance and reduces risks for both the architect and the building owner. The window also features large thermal breaks aligned with the panel insulation as well as additional insulation in the head of the window frame.
Features & Benefits:
Utilizing CENTRIA's FORMAVUE FV600 windows, MetalWrap is the only insulated composite backup panel with an integrated window system - further enhancing air and water performance and reducing risk for both the architect and building owner. The windows provide a high-performance, thermally efficient window/panel interface with integrated head, sill and jamb details. The windows also feature large thermal breaks aligned with the panel insulation, as well as additional insulation in the head of the window frame for one of the most efficient systems on the market today.
MetalWrap insulated composite backup panels serve as the ultimate backup wall for nearly any type of exterior rainscreen system, from single-skin metal to brick, terra cotta and others. Designed with CENTRIA's innovative ATMP (Advanced Thermal and Moisture Protection) building envelope technology, MetalWrap Integrated Series insulated composite backup panels feature integral attachment systems for multiple materials, making it the perfect choice for mixed-medium exteriors.
MetalWrap panels achieve energy efficiency goals with a single component that eliminates the need for conventional batt or board insulation, exterior gypsum, air barriers, vapor retarders and building wraps. The MetalWrap system's single-component construction also means a single source of responsibility, which leads to less coordination, fewer scheduling and interface issues, and one-step installation.
