DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING
Deliver materials in the original wrappings and containers provided by the supplier or manufacturer, clearly labeled with their respective names, material, or product brand names, if applicable.
Store and handle in strict compliance with manufacturer's written instructions and recommendations.
Materials are to be stored in a manner that guarantees adequate ventilation and drainage while safeguarding them against potential damage, adverse weather conditions, vandalism, and theft.
PROJECT CONDITIONS
Maintain environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, and ventilation) within limits recommended by manufacturer for optimum results. Do not install products under environmental conditions outside manufacturer's recommended limits.
WARRANTY
Antebellum Manufacturing warrants the powder coated surface of all components (pickets, rails, and posts). Please consult the manufacturer for comprehensive details regarding this warranty.
The entire fence system is backed by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship and material. Please refer to the manufacturer for a thorough understanding of the warranty terms.

EXECUTION
EXAMINATION
Do not begin installation until the substrates have been properly constructed and prepared.
If substrate preparation is the responsibility of another installer, notify Architect in writing of unsatisfactory preparation before proceeding.
PREPARATION
Clean surfaces thoroughly prior to installation.
Prepare surfaces using the methods recommended by the manufacturer for achieving the best result for the substrate under the project conditions.
INSTALLATION
Install in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, approved submittals, and in proper relationship with adjacent construction.
FIELD QUALITY CONTROL
Field Inspection: Coordinate field inspection in accordance with appropriate sections in Division 01.
