All-O-Matic is thrilled to integrate our new AOM-RED EYE 2 Photoelectric Sensor into all of our gate operators. This feature is designed to provide an easy alignment process for installers with its visible red class 2 laser beam. It also offers flexibility during installation with its LIGHT ON/DARK ON options. The non-spere optical lens effectively eliminates any stray light and any interference from external light sources such as sunlight, which ensures the accuracy of alignment.

Our guide rollers are made of durable nylon and have self-lubricating, nonstick surfaces. They are suitable for any environment and come in sizes ranging from 3 to 12 inches, in black and white.

LPR-2 LOOP RACK
All-O-Matic's LPR-2 Pre-wired Loop Detector Rack is a practical and efficient option for those looking to integrate loop detectors in their automatic gate systems. The rack comes pre-wired, eliminating the need for additional setup and connection of the loop detector's wiring. This not only makes the installation process quicker and more straightforward, but also reduces the labor and time required compared to installing the loop detectors and wiring separately.

Prime VD-1 DETECTOR
The PRIME VD-1 from All-O-Matic is a plug-in loop detector that is specifically designed for use with the LPR-2 Loop Rack. This detector features a solid-state detection output that can be inverted using a dip switch to provide either fail-safe or fail-secure operation. It is compatible with both 12VDC and 24VDC voltages and has a maximum current requirement of 30mA.

We provide a comprehensive selection of heavy-duty roller chains in various sizes, including #41, #40, #50, and #60. These chains are packaged in convenient options of 10-ft boxes and 100-ft reels, catering to different needs and preferences. Additionally, the chains come in a variety of finishes, including standard (black), Nickel Plated, Stainless Steel, and Dacroment, each offering unique properties. Master links and Offset links are also available.

Our new 1,200 lb. magnetic lock kit includes the magnetic lock, Z-mounting bracket, and power supply, everything you need to get started. This powerful electromagnet lock is perfect for businesses, government buildings, and residential properties.

All-O-Matic offers the GH-1500 and GH-5000 gate hinges for swing gates weighing 1,500 and 5,000 lbs, respectively. Made of carbon steel, these hinges have a bronze bushing, stainless steel pivot shaft, 5/8" ball bearing, and a grease fitting.

We offer a range of 4″ and 6″ nylon and chrome solid steel v-wheels to fit your gate's size, weight, and usage. These wheels have lubricated, double-sealed bearings for quiet operation and minimal maintenance. We also have 4″ and 6″ clear zinc wheel boxes for added protection.

The IK-3 is an endless idler kit for the center and rear mount slide gates. It comes with a 3" metal or plastic idler for size 41 and 40 chain, and the IK3-50 is available for 50 chain.

Our gooseneck posts are designed to mount keypads, card readers, and telephone entry systems for vehicle access. They are constructed of 2″ x 2″ powder-coated steel and come with a 4″ x 4″ plate for easy accessory mounting (surface mount models only). All-O-Matic's APS Power Inverter Line offers a range of options for customers looking for a high-quality inverter. The line includes three models: the APS-1000-12, APS-2000-24, and the APS-4000-48. All of the models in this line feature pure sine wave output, ensuring a smooth and stable flow of power to connected devices. They also feature an ac/battery priority dip-switch function, allowing users to select whether to prioritize using AC power or battery power. Additionally, the inverters have built-in auto-open relays for gate operators, making them well-suited for use in automated gate systems. Lastly, these inverters have a built-in battery charger and LCD display to show the status of the inverter and battery.

All-O-Matic offers tandem gate kits for driveways with limited rear space. The TK-1000 can operate (2) gate panels weighing up to 700 lbs. each. For heavier gates, the TK-2000 kit uses 50NP chain and can operate (2) gate panels up to 1,000 lbs. each.
