The wide-weld window achieved through the proprietary Matrix™ weathering formulation ensures that the membranes can be installed in a diverse range of weather conditions with no pressure to rush the job. The induction-welded system ensures high wind uplift ratings, and installation is simplified since fewer fasteners for perimeters and corners may be required, reducing labor and material costs relative to other attachment methods. IKO Millennium Adhesive PG-1 Pump Grade Roofing Adhesive is a two-part, highly elastomeric, foamable adhesive that contains no solvents and sets in minutes. This product is designed for bonding approved roofing insulation and board stock roofing products. This adhesive is packaged in two parts that are mixed together at the job site and dispensed through an approved low pressure pump cart, providing a quality, consistent application each time.

IKO S.A.M. Adhesive is a quick-drying, solvent-based surface preparation for use with IKO self-adhering roofing membranes or IKO AquaBarrier™ self-adhering wall membranes. IKO S.A.M Adhesive is suitable for use on most substrates including wood, glass mat/gypsum sheathing, masonry, concrete and metal. This product dries to a high tack, providing excellent adhesion properties during the application process, and is effective on both horizontal and vertical surfaces.

InnoviBond™ Membrane Adhesive is used for easy installation of IKO Innovi™ TPO thermoplastic polyolefin single-ply roofs. It bonds to polyisocyanurate standard and high-density insulation boards, primed glass mat gypsum board, OSB, plywood, metal and clean concrete.

InnoviBond™ Membrane Adhesive LVOC is used for easy installation of IKO Innovi™ TPO thermoplastic polyolefin single-ply roofs. It bonds to polyisocyanurate standard and high-density insulation boards, primed glass mat gypsum board, OSB, plywood, metal and clean concrete block. With a low VOC content of 216g/L, IKO InnoviBond Membrane Adhesive LVOC can be used in regulated markets.

InnoviBond™ Membrane Adhesive SPR (Sprayable) is used for easy installation of IKO Innovi™ TPO thermoplastic polyolefin single-ply roofs. With a low-VOC content (<250 g/L), it can be used in VOC-regulated markets. It bonds to polyisocyanurate standard and high-density insulation boards, primed glass mat gypsum board, OSB, plywood, metal and clean concrete. The adhesive is applied to both the membrane and the substrate mate.

InnoviBond™ SPR — Canister Flush Solution is excellent for cleaning and flushing adhesive applicators, hoses, spray tips and nozzles used for installing IKO Innovi™ TPO thermoplastic polyolefin roofs so that no parts become clogged with residual adhesive. This product may also be used to clean and remove over-spray of InnoviBond TPO adhesives from field membrane and membrane seam areas.

InnoviSeal™ Water Stop Mastic is used for easy installation of IKO Innovi™ TPO thermoplastic polyolefin single-ply roofs. InnoviSeal Water Stop Mastic adheres to a broad array of materials, such as concrete, masonry, gypsum, metal, glass, plastic and wood. It is a low-VOC non-skinning and non-curing long-term moisture barrier that remains flexible, even at low temperatures, maintaining a positive seal. Its inherent flexibility as a TPO roof caulking also provides excellent gunnability.

InnoviSeal TPO General Purpose Sealant is elastomer-based and engineered to provide an exceptional seal for a variety of roofing conditions, including over fasteners, at edge conditions and termination bar, at cut edges of TPO membrane, and with general flashing details.

InnoviBoot TPO Split Square Boots are made from 60-mil reinforced TPO and are designed to envelop common square penetrations where typical “closed" boots are unable to pass over obstructions. InnoviBoot™ TPO Universal Pipe Boots are used for easy installation of IKO Innovi™ TPO thermoplastic polyolefin single-ply roofs. InnoviBoot TPO Pipe Boots are made from 60-mil reinforced TPO and can fit 1-inch (26-mm) to 6-inch (152.4-mm) diameter round penetrations, making them an ideal flashing for many demanding roofing applications.

Made from 24-gauge galvanized steel with a 25-mil (0.9-mm) nonreinforced TPO membrane coating, InnoviEdge™ TPO Coated Metal sheets are formed by the contractor to meet multiple profiles, including drip edges, gravel stops and copings, as well as curb flashings, sealant pans and scupper sleeves. InnoviEdge TPO Coated Metal accepts direct heat welding of TPO membrane and flashings, and is available in white, grey and tan to match the Innovi™ TPO membrane colors, enabling the building owner to have a consistent aesthetic across their entire commercial roof.

InnoviStep™ TPO Walkway Pads are used for easy installation of IKO Innovi™ TPO thermoplastic polyolefin single-ply roofs. These TPO walk pads are made from 125-mil-thick TPO-textured sheets and are ideal for high traffic areas. InnoviStep TPO Walkway Pads have high tensile strength and dimensional stability, which make them ideal walk pads for TPO roof systems. They are puncture- and abrasion-resistant, and are excellent for applications around rooftop HVAC units and other frequently serviced rooftop equipment.

InnoviPrime™ TPO Membrane Cleaner LVOC is excellent for cleaning dirt and contaminants from IKO Innovi™ TPO thermoplastic polyolefin single-ply roofs. When used with clean TPO roofs, InnoviPrime TPO Membrane Cleaner LVOC can perform as both a cleaner and a primer. It may be used prior to welding TPO membrane and weldable flashings, and prior to the application of tape primers and tape flashings. InnoviFlash™ TPO 8-in. Reinforced Cover Strip is a pre-cut 8-inch (203.2 mm) cover strip made from 60 mil (1.5 mm) reinforced IKO InnoviTPO membrane. This heat weldable cover strip can be used for repairs, and for covering plates and fasteners used on the field of the roof, and on intermediate attachment of wall flashings. Easily heat-welds to field membrane or wall flashings using a hand welder. Cut edges should be sealed using InnoviSeal TPO Cut Edge Sealant LVOC.

IKO MVP (Modified Vapour Protector) is a self-adhering membrane used over various types of roof decks such as steel, concrete or wood. This vapour retardant is composed of modified SBS asphalt with a top surface of high density cross laminated polyethylene film. This product is designed as a vapour retarder before the installation of the roof system and is not designed as a temporary waterproofing membrane.

MVP Sand is a peel and stick vapour retarder that is sanded on top to provide a non-slip surface and is designed for application in commercial roofing systems. MVP Sand consists of a resilient, non-woven glass fiber mat, which is permeated and coated with SBS modified bitumen to a thickness of approximately 1.35 mm (53 mils). The product's silicone treated release film protects the self-adhesive backing and is easily removed during application. Its removable release selvage edges provides convenience without compromising on the efficiency

IKO AcrylicStick SA is a primerless, self-adhering, non-permeable air & vapour barrier membrane. IKO AcrylicStick SA is HDPE material manufactured with an acrylic coating functioning as the bonding agent. These membranes are versatile and can be used on various common substrates (gypsum, OSB, concrete, CMU, plywood and steel) for numerous wall and roof assembly applications (masonry cavity walls, metal cladding systems, parapets and a vapour retarder within a roofing system).

Torchflex TF-95-SF-Base (3.0 mm) Heat Welded Base Sheet is constructed of an inorganic reinforcing mat of high strength non-woven glass fibers, which is coated with SBS polymers and premium quality asphalt both top and bottom. The surface of the product is sanded to prevent sticking in the roll during application and to allow cap sheets to be installed via mopping asphalt or an IKO-approved cold process adhesive.

Coated top and bottom with select SBS polymers and premium quality asphalt, both sides of the product are sand covered to allow installation on heat-sensitive substrates via mopping asphalt or an IKO-approved cold process adhesive. This product has a fine mineral surface to provide enhanced adhesion with either cold applied adhesives or mopping asphalt. Modiflex MP-180-SS-Base is an excellent choice as the “lay flat" base sheet in a layered membrane construction system.
