Membranes and Underlayments

PROFLEX® HYDRA-STOP is a one component moisture vapor barrier product formulated to be applied to damp or new concrete, as little as 48 hours old with a moisture vapor emission rate (MVER) less than or equal to 25 lbs. per 1,000 ft2per 24 hours (0.12 kg/m2 per 24 hours) or a maximum relative humidity of 100%. It is also designed to reduce the MVER from 25 lbs. to 3 lbs. per 1,000 ft2 per 24 hours (0.015 kg/m2 per 24 hours). HYDRA-STOP is colored green for visual assurance of coverage during the application process. Two coats are required to fully seal the substrate; and it quickly dries in as soon as 3-4 hours. Once dry, this product doesn’t require a primer before the application of PROFLEX® surface preparation products. HYDRA-STOP is a moisture vapor barrier for the installation of floor coverings, tile and stone. Ideal for use with other PROFLEX® adhesives, patch, underlayment, leveler and mortar products.

A high performance, one component product for leveling and smoothing concrete, ceramic and quarry tile, terrazzo, wood, and cut-back adhesives prior to the installation of finished flooring like VCT, continuous vinyl flooring, or other standard flooring products. Mixes easily with water to produce a skim coat that is easy to apply from a feather-edge up to 1/2”. Does not require priming, and cures for flooring installation in as little as 30 minutes, depending on thickness and drying conditions.

PSP is a polymer modified product that is capable of being used as a skim coat or patch by simply adjusting the liquid to powder mix ratio. PSP is an “All Purpose” material for the installer who requires product consolidation without giving up quality and performance. Also is designed to give maximum pot life, and regains workability by simply remixing without additional water.

A portland cement-based, polymer-modified, fiber-reinforced, rapid-setting, one component, structural repair and leveling mortar. Suitable for interior and exterior restoration of deteriorated concrete elements and slabs. It may be placed into forms or used in horizontal applications. May be used as an exposed industrial wear surface or as an underlayment for resilient, carpet, laminate, ceramic tile, and wood flooring.

A cement based self-leveling underlayment providing a smooth and flat concrete surface. Installs quickly and can be delivered via pump or pouring methods. Mixes with water and is a rapid setting formulation. Foot traffic ready in as little as 4-6 hours. No troweling or grinding. Self– healing during flowing and working time. Reduced weight with superior strength. For applications up to 1 1/2”.

A self leveling compound of Calcium–Aluminate cement, sand, and proprietary chemicals used to smooth and finish rough interior concrete or wood floors where a fast set is desired within hours. May be applied up to 11⁄2” in a single application. Mixes with water, initial set 3-5 hours, self–healing during flowing and working time, light weight and superior strength.

PROFLEX® USL is a high performance, fast setting, multi-purpose, polymer-modified Portland cement-based self-leveling underlayment approved to be used over PROFLEX® Peel & Stick Membranes and PROFLEX® RCU Membranes. PROFLEX® USL may be placed from ⅛" to ½" when going over PROFLEX® underlayments, or ⅛" to 5"( with the addition of 3/8" clean, washed pea stone)  when used as a standalone self-leveling underlayment. USL can also be used as an exposed wearing surface for interior applications only and can be polished to achieve the desired appearance.

Liberty Level is an advanced self-leveling underlayment designed for fast-track applications. This high-flow, calcium aluminate-based formula creates a smooth surface for finished floor coverings

PROFLEX® SP1 Multipurpose Sealer / Primer is a pure acrylic based, solvent free product with multiple uses. SP1 may be used as a bonding agent with other Proflex surface preparation products, modified mortars, adhesive, and membranes when adhering to difficult substrates such as gypsum based concrete, epoxy coatings, VCT, non-cushioned sheet vinyl, glazed tile, terrazzo, glass, and metal. SP1 can also be used to prime metal and resin backed tile to allow for modified mortar installation. *SP1 can also be used to encapsulates old adhesive residue, (including cut-back asphalt adhesive).

PROFLEX® GP1® is specially formulated primer for use with PROFLEX® elastomeric membranes over Gypcrete® substrates. GP1 is suitable for interior and exterior conditions. Depending on application type and substrate porosity, the primer will dry to use in 20 – 45 minutes.

PROFLEX® PR11 primer is a necessary companion product to be used with the PROFLEX® series of elastomeric membranes. PR11 primer is designed to condition and prepare a substrate for the application of PROFLEX® membranes.

PROFLEX® PR-Series of primers are necessary companion products to be used with the PROFLEX® series of elastomeric membranes. PR27 is a solvent based product designed specifically for exterior applications where conditions of higher relative humidity (RH) exists.

DPU Primer is a necessary companion product to PROFLEX® DPU. All surfaces must be primed with PROFLEX® DPU Primer prior to installing PROFLEX® DPU. The primer must be dry to the touch before applying PROFLEX® DPU. Allow the primer to dry for a minimum of 3 hours and a maximum of 48 hours. The primer dilution or modification will depend on the nature of the substrate.

SLU Primer is a necessary companion product to PROFLEX® SLU. All surfaces must be primed with PROFLEX® SLU Primer prior to installing PROFLEX® SLU. The primer must be dry to the touch before applying PROFLEX® SLU. Allow the primer to dry for a minimum of 3 hours and a maximum of 48 hours. The primer dilution or modification will depend on the nature of the substrate.

PROFLEX® SUPER GRIP bonding primer is a ready-to-use, low-VOC, polymer emulsion primer designed to enhance the bond of tile mortars and other adhesives to difficult substrates. Formulated with advanced bonding resins and fine aggregate, SUPER GRIP improves mechanical grip and chemical adhesion on a wide range of surfaces including smooth concrete, existing tile, gypsum, well bonded painted surfaces, and non-porous substrates. It reduces substrate porosity to help achieve a uniform application of setting materials.

PROFLEX® PR29NF primer is a  non-flammable, tacky, specialized emulsion-polymer product designed specifically for Interior and Exterior applications.  Primer will dry to use in 20 – 45 minutes, depending on application type and substrate porosity.

PROFLEX LIBERTY PRIMER is a premium multi-functional acrylic emulsion primer for use with PROFLEX brand self-leveling underlayments, patches, and setting mortars. Enhances and enable the bonding of other PROFLEX brand surface preparation products and polymer-modified mortars to difficult substrates such as metal, glazed ceramic tile, gypsum-based underlayments and concrete treated with certain well bonded silicate or acrylic resin curing compounds and well bonded epoxy coatings. Use to prime resin and metal backings on natural stone and install with polymer-modified mortar instead of epoxy mortar. For peel and stick tile installation, primer can be used on dry, porous concrete, gypsum cement underlayments and plywood. Use to enhance and promote bond over cold-rolled steel substrates.

PROFLEX® HYDRA-SEAL® is a thin, load bearing, crack isolation, waterproof membrane, it provides a monolithic transition for crack-isolation and waterproofing applications.  The material is installed in a semi-fluid state and can be applied to most shapes or irregular form such as base flashings, walls, etc.

PROFLEX® HYDRAMAT® is a 3-ply waterproofing membrane designed to waterproof interior subfloors and walls under thinset tile applications. It can be installed directly over any cleaned and prepared surface including concrete, plywood, gypsum, cement board, or OSB board. The unique product construction sandwiches a polyethylene membrane between two polypropylene nonwovens to create an impermeable, waterproofing system that stops water from damaging the structure.

PROFLEX® UCM is designed specifically for ceramic tile and dimension stone installations serving as an uncoupling layer and vapor management layer that accommodates moisture from beneath the tile covering. UCM can be used as a shower pan, exterior drainage mat and waterproofing mat.  An added bonus to UCM is it's sound deadening characteristics not normally found in uncoupling waterproofing mats.

PROFLEX® Hydra-Lock is a thin, load bearing membrane composed of a modified elastomeric copolymer. With excellent elongation properties and high strength, Hydra-Lock provides a 100% waterproof membrane coating while limiting the transfer of substrate cracks to the finished overlay. The membrane is installed in a liquid state and can be applied to practically any form or irregular shape (i.e. base flashings, parapets, walls, etc.).

PROFLEX® HYDRA-MESH FABRIC is a required reinforcing fiber mesh fabric that is used in conjunction with PROFLEX® liquid applied waterproofing membrane products. PROFLEX® HYDRA-MESH FABRIC is used with PROFLEX® liquid applied waterproofing membranes in areas where a transition in plane (floor to wall, horizontal to vertical plane and corners) occurs.

PROFLEX® HYDRA-MESH is a required reinforcing fiber mesh fabric that is used in conjunction with PROFLEX®
liquid applied waterproofing membrane products. HYDRA-MESH is used with PROFLEX® liquid applied waterproofing membranes in areas where a transition in-plane (floor to wall, horizontal to vertical plane, and corners) occurs. 

PROFLEX® Hydra-Seal Rapid is an advanced – fast cure, ready to use, liquid-applied elastomeric waterproofing membrane. It is a modified silane polymer technology engineered to deliver exceptional performance in interior or exterior environments  and used for horizontal & vertical  applications. This next generation polymer membrane has been designed to create a continuous, impenetrable barrier for ceramic tile and natural stone, floor and wall installations. It is also able to be used for moisture barrier and blocking with wood, vinyl, carpet and other interior flooring . With a strong focus on rapid curing and top-notch adhesion, Hydra-Seal Rapid redefines industry standards, ensuring robust protection against water, moisture and crack-related issues with ceramic, porcelain and stone tile installations.

PROFLEX® HYDRA-MAX™ is an innovative 2-component system, fast-curing, hybrid resin liquid-applied waterproofing coating designed for ceramic tile and dimensioned stone for concrete, cementitious surfaces, wet areas that include showers, pools, spas, fountains and decks. The hybrid resin polymer formulation incorporates high-grade fillers and waterproofing agents resulting in a semi-textured surface that promotes strong tile mortar adhesion to the cured waterproofing layer. PROFLEX® HYDRA-MAX™ exhibits remarkable adhesion properties across diverse substrates, making it well-suited for application on damp and wet surfaces.

PROFLEX® AF300 (ANTI-FRACTURE 300) is a ready-to-use single component mold resistant crack-isolation membrane. AF300 provides a uniform surface with excellent elongation to prevent in-plane cracks up to 3/8” from the substrate to the finished ceramic, porcelain, or stone tile. For residential to heavy commercial application; interior use only.

PROFLEX® MAXXIM SIM-40 is a 40 mil composite underlayment consisting of a rubberized membrane laminated to a high strength reinforcing fabric on the face and a release sheet on the adhesive side. PROFLEX® MAXXIM SIM-40 is specially designed to be used under approved thinsets, mortars, and adhesives for interior and exterior applications of ceramic tile, stone, and brick, and for interior applications of wood flooring to eliminate the transmission of cracks. Other applications also may be suitable. Contact Technical Support for further information. To eliminate cracks in finished floor work, the product should be applied to the entire substrate prior to the installation of the finished flooring.

PROFLEX® Backer Board is made of proprietary and patent pending technology. Ingredients include Magnesium Oxide, Magnesium Chloride as the primary components, with additional natural mineral components, woven and non-woven strengthening fibers. PROFLEX® Backer Board is manufactured with a patent pending process and formula, using primary components of magnesium oxide and magnesium chloride. The manufacturing process uses less than 50% of the energy consumed to make a comparable Portland cement-based wall board, and contains a minimum of 5% transferred post-industrial recycled material, and 100% of manufacturing post-industrial waste is recycled into future production runs.

PROFLEX® Hydra-Board is a lightweight, cementitious-coated extruded foam backer board with 100% waterproof surface.  PROFLEX® Hydra-Board consists of high-density, polystyrene foam composite, strengthened on both sides with specialized fiberglass reinforced polymer-infused cementitious surface layers. These outer layers allow direct tile and stone bonding mortars to adhere to the surface while having a waterproof barrier underneath. The PROFLEX® Hydra-Board is a strong and light board that is perfect for floors, walls, and ceilings. Use as an interior substrate for ceramic tile, stone, slate, and thin-brick veneers in dry, damp, or wet areas. Reduce installation time, labor effort, and save money with this easy-to-cut, backerboard which is much lighter than gypsum or cement boards.

PROFLEX® Hydra-Weld™ is a ready to use, single component waterproofing, sealing and bonding compound. The high-performance waterproofing sealant is composed of a high-grade, modified silane (MS) polymer. Hydra-Weld™ creates an elastomeric, strong bond, with full UV and weather resistant properties. Use it as a sealant, bonder or joint-filling compound. Hydra-Weld™ is easily applied without unpleasant odors or smell. The elastomeric sealant is free of solvents, provides a tenacious bond to most materials, including stone, concrete, cementitious surfaces, metal, glass, wood and many construction materials. Hydra-Weld™ can be painted and will accept most alkyd resins type paints. Hydra-Weld™ is suitable for exterior use and interior/indoor use under California Specification 01350, VOC requirements.

PRO-STICK 25 is an non-modified thin-set mortar intended for the installation of pavers, ceramic and quarry tile when mixed with water. PRO-STICK is also intended for the installation of ceramic and porcelain tile, quarry tile, pavers, and most types of marble, granite and natural stone when mixed with PROFLEX® Liquid Latex. PRO-STICK 25 may be used in vertical and horizontal installations in interior and exterior applications. PRO-STICK 25 will meet and exceed ANSI A118.1 when mixed with water.

PROFLEX® U-SET is a non-modified thin-set mortar intended for the installation uncoupling membranes with ceramic tile, natural stone, and porcelain tile and quarry tile. PROFLEX® U-SET may be used in vertical and horizontal installations in interior and exterior applications. PROFLEX® U-SET will meet and exceed ANSI A118.1. PROFLEX® U-SET provides a more thorough cure and tile-setting bond.

PROFLEX® PRO-STICK 32 thin set mortar has superior performance and workability characteristics not found in regular thin set mortars, along with an extended open time. When mixed, it produces a creamy, easy to spread mortar specially developed for the professional tile setter. For commercial and residential use.

PROFLEX® PRO-STICK 37 is an economical thin set mortar that has good performance and workability characteristics along with an extended open time. When mixed, it produces a creamy, easy to spread mortar specially developed for the professional tile setter. For commercial and residential use.

PROFLEX® PRO-STICK 42 is a polymer modified thin set mortar, it has superior performance and workability characteristics not found in regular thin set mortars, along with an extended open time. When mixed, it produces a creamy, easy to spread mortar specially developed for the professional tile setter. For commercial and residential use.

PROFLEX®  PRO-STICK 40 LHT is a (ANSI 118.11) latex modified, large heavy tile mortar composed of sand, cement, and resins used to adhere a variety of tile surfaces, natural stone, marble, and granite, to approved substrates. Specially formulated to hold large format tiles and stone surfaces in place on vertical surfaces, and reduces unevenness caused by setting tile on horizontal surfaces. PRO-STICK 40 LHT is applied in thickness from 3/16 to 3/4 inches to adhere marble, granite, and tile, to plaster, drywall, concrete, and masonry surfaces. Designed to set tiles vertically of up to 5 lbs. per sq. ft. (Larger sized units must be field tested to determine suitability).

PROFLEX® PROFLEX PRO-STICK 50 is a (ANSI 118.11) latex modified, medium bed mortar composed of sand, cement, and resins used to adhere a variety of tile surfaces, natural stone, marble, and granite, to approved substrates. Specially formulated to hold large format tiles and stone surfaces in place on vertical surfaces, and reduces unevenness caused by setting tile on horizontal surfaces. PRO-STICK 50 is applied in thickness from 3/16 to 3/4 inches to adhere marble, granite, and tile, to plaster, drywall, concrete, and masonry surfaces. Designed to set tiles vertically of up to 5 lbs. per sq. ft. (Larger sized units must be field tested to determine suitability).

PROFLEX® SUPERSTICK® is a polymer modified dry set mortar composed of sand, cement, dry resins and other proprietary chemicals used to adhere virtually all types of tile, especially large tile units, marble, and granite to acceptable surfaces. SUPERSTICK® is ideal for use over all PROFLEX® membranes to assure maximum performance. SUPERSTICK® is especially formulated to hold large units in place on vertical surfaces, and also reduces unevenness caused by setting of the tile when used on horizontal surfaces. Super Stick installations provide higher resistance to cracking up to 1/8” in-plane horizontal substrate movement.

PROFLEX® PRO-STICK 42 XLT is a one step polymer modified portland cement setting adhesive for installing extra large format porcelain, ceramic tile and natural stone on both walls and floors. PRO-STICK 42 XLT with its unique properties can be used as a thin or medium bed setting adhesive for installing large format, ceramic, porcelain and irregular thickness stone without the need of back buttering the tile. Pro-Stick 42XLT installations provide higher resistance to cracking up to 1/8” in-plane horizontal substrate movement.

PROFLEX® PRO-STICK 42 XLP is a unique polymer modified portland cement setting mortar for installing extra large porcelain, ceramic, ultra-thin stone floor tile. PROFLEX® PRO-STICK 42 XLP with it’s exceptionalfluid properties is the ideal adhesive for installing standard to ultra-thin, extra large tile and stone over a variety of substrates including tile over tile applications.

PROFLEX® Pro-Stick 45 LHT Plus is a single-component, polymer modified Portland cement-based mortar formulated for setting large-format ceramic and stone tile securely in place. It is engineered to minimize lippage and shrinkage in both interior and exterior floor applications, with an embedded thickness range of 3/32″ to 1/2″ (2.4 mm–12 mm).

PROFLEX® Liquid Latex Additive is a latex based product designed to improve the properties of non-modified thin-sets, mortar beds, and grouts. The latex additive improves workability, increases bond strength, improves flexibility, adhesion, impact strength and freeze thaw resistance of mortars and grouts.  PROFLEX® Liquid Latex Additive can be used with thin-set, thick bed mortars, leveling beds for ceramic tile,  terrazzo and other thin applications where bonding is difficult. May also be used as a bonding agent for patching compounds and to treat dusting slabs for improved adhesion of flooring adhesives.

PROFLEX PRO-STICK 35 Type 1 Mastic can be used for installing ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, quarry and mosaic tile on interior floors and walls. Recommended for floor applications with tile up to 8″ x 8″ and wall applications with tile up to 12″ x 12″. PS35 meets ANSI A136.1 Type I and II specifications, spreads easily, sets quickly, and is easy to clean up.

PROFLEX® MSI is a polymer modified fiber reinforced Portland Cement based thick-bed mortar that is specially formulated to control shrinkage. MSI is designed to be used in conjunction with PROFLEX® elastomeric crack-isolation membranes, PROFLEX® polymer modified thinset mortars meeting ANSI A118.11. These components work together to ensure a superior bond of tile and stone finish surfaces unmatched by other manufacturers. This system is designed to assist installers that are installing larger tile and stone as well as ungauged stone, slate, marble, and granite (not water sensitive stones). Designed for installation from 1/2” up to 4” over PROFLEX® membranes. The system can be applied to floors, countertops, and sloped shower floors.

PROFLEX'" SUPERSCREED is a fiber-reinforced Portland cement-based, polymer modified screed. The formula has specialized cement-fluidizers that allows a wetter mortar consistency for easier compaction and placement without compromising strength due to over-watering.

PROFLEX® Floor Mud is a portland cement-based mortar designed for thick setting beds under ceramic or quarry tiles. When mixed to a dry consistency, Floor Mud allows maximum compaction during tamping.

PROFLEX® Wall Mud is a pre-packaged portland cement-based plaster, containing hydrated lime, perlite and sand aggregate. It is used as a scratch and bond coat for ceramic installations.

PROFLEX® LIBERTY MAX is an advanced light-weight bonding mortar. It is a one-step polymer modified Portland cement setting adhesive for installing extra-large format porcelain, ceramic
tile and natural stone on both walls and floors. LIBERTY MAX with its unique light weight properties can be used for adhering large format, heavy tiles, ceramic, porcelain and irregular
thickness stone without the need of back buttering the tile. Liberty Max installations provide higher resistance to cracking up to 1/8" in-plane horizontal substrate movement.

PROFLEX® LIBERTY LHT (ANSI 118.11) is a polymer modified Large and Heavy Tile (LHT) and stone mortar composed of sand, cement, dry resins and other proprietary chemicals used to
adhere virtually all types of tile – especially large tile units, marble, and granite – to acceptable surfaces. LIBERTY LHT is ideal for use over all PROFLEX® membranes to ensure maximum
performance. LIBERTY LHT is specifically formulated to hold large units in place on vertical surfaces, and also reduces unevenness caused by settling of the tile when used on horizontal
surfaces.

PROFLEX® LIBERTY FLEX thinset mortar has superior performance and workability characteristics not found in regular thinset mortars, along with an extended open time. When mixed, it produces a creamy, easy to spread mortar specially developed for the professional tile setter. For commercial and residential use. For installation of: Ceramic tile, pavers, quarry tile, porcelain tile, clay bodied tile. For installation over: Tile backerboard, plumb and true masonry, properly cured and finished concrete, gypsum plaster, gypsum block or gypsum board (dry areas – walls only), cured Portland cement mortar, masonry surfaces.

LIBERTY LITE is applied in thickness from 3/16 to 3/4 inches to adhere ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, and tile, to plaster, drywall, concrete, and masonry surfaces. Designed to set tiles vertically of up to 5 lbs. per sq. ft. (Larger sized units must be field tested to determine suitability).

PROFLEX® Liberty LHT Extreme is a single-component, polymer modified Portland cement-based mortar formulated for setting large-format ceramic and stone tile securely in place. It is engineered to minimize lippage and shrinkage in both interior and exterior floor applications, with an embedded thickness range of 3/32″ to 1/2″ (2.4 mm–12 mm).

PROFLEX® ProBond Adhesive is a moisture cure urethane formulated for fast grab with excellent green strength to prevent boards from slipping in wet adhesive. It has extremely strong shear and tensile strength yet remains elastic and elongates to prevent breaking the bond to the subfloor under natural wood movement, making it the perfect adhesive to accommodate the exotic woods that expand and contract substantially with changes in humidity. The low slump formulation of ProBond allows trowel ridges to hold their form reducing hollow spots and costly repair time and expense. ProBond is suitable for installing all types and brands of hardwood flooring designated as “glue-down” by the wood manufacturer. ProBond is low in odor and VOC compliant.

PROFLEX® PWA200 is a superior one component moisture curing urethane adhesive. PROFLEX® PWA200 possesses high strength bond properties with superior elasticity allowing a good wet / green grab, a superior non-slump capability, and excellent shrink resistance allowing consistent contact between the wood flooring and substrate.

PROFLEX® PWA-500 is a two in one urethane moisture barrier and wood flooring adhesive designed to install material such as: Laminated/engineered flooring and parquet flooring over wood or concrete. Application of this product gives the moisture barrier and the wood flooring adhesive in one trowel on application. Suitable for use over all PROFLEX® Peel & Stick Membranes, RCU Membranes, LV-200 Membrane.

PROFLEX® PWA 600 is a revolutionary one-component, single step, solvent free moisture cure urethane formulated to perform as an adhesive, moisture vapor barrier and sound reducer. PWA 600 offers UNLIMITED moisture protection, with a powerful urethane bond strength.

PROFLEX® PWA 700 is an engineered adhesive formulated for use in the installation of all types of wood flooring. It is 100% solids (contains no water), is solvent and isocyanate free, and has no negligible VOC content.

PWA-800 is a silane modified urethane wood flooring adhesive with built in moisture protection. PWA-800 stands apart from other silane modified urethanes as it has no annoying odor, Low VOC that contributes to LEED points and great open time. PWA-800 delivers one-step moisture control, strong initial grab, sound deadening and crack bridging capabilities in an installer-friendly formula that is easy to apply and easy to clean. PWA-800 has no limitations on board length or width and is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

PWA-350 is a two in one urethane moisture barrier and wood flooring adhesive designed to install material such as:
Laminated/engineered flooring and parquet flooring over wood or concrete. Application of this product gives the moisture barrier and

PROFLEX® PS-75 Pressure Sensitive is a premium acrylic emulsion that combines the excellent performance of a pressure sensitive adhesive with environmental safety characteristics. PS-75 is designed for the installation of dimensionally stable vinyl-backed carpet tiles and vinyl tile & plank in a releasable application. This adhesive can also be used to install cushions to recommended substrates in double glue down applications. Due to its pressure sensitive characteristics, PS-75 eliminates concern about installing a non-porous backed floor coverings over a non-porous substrate.

PROFLEX™ Pro Stick 76 Premium Pressure Sensitive Adhesive is formulated to install luxury vinyl tile (LVT), luxury vinyl plank (LVP), carpet tile, fiberglass backed sheet and sheet vinyl flooring. PROFLEX™ PS-76 provides a high strength water resistant bond and protects against bacteria growth. PROFLEX™ PS-76 is a VOC compliant adhesive certified by CRI™s Green Label Plus, RFCI™s FloorScore and UL GREENGUARD.

PROFLEX® PRO STICK 77 ADHESIVE is a solvent-free adhesive formulated for use with PROFLEX RR100 and a variety of Luxury Vinyl Tile, VCT, and other rubber and vinyl backed finish surfaces. PS77 adhesive will meet most Federal, State, and Local air quality regulations for a Solvent-Free, VOC– Compliant adhesive. PS77 is a pressure sensitive adhesive that will cure to a permanent, hard-set bond.

PROFLEX® PRO-STICK 88 is a solvent-free adhesive designed for the installation of Vinyl Composition Tile. PRO-STICK 88 provides quick dry times and extended working time up to 24 hours of aggressive tack.

Pro-Stick® 100 is a high-performance, aggressive transitional adhesive engineered with a high-tack formulation that
functions as a pressure-sensitive adhesive during application and transitions to a firm, permanent bond upon curing. PROFLEX® PS-82 is a latex-base economy grade floor covering adhesive developed for the installation of many types of carpets and sheet goods designed for direct glue down, excluding those with vinyl backings.  PROFLEX® PS-82 is freeze-thaw stable, easy to spread, and has ample open time, with strong wet tack and a permanent water resistant bond. PROFLEX® PS-82 may be used over association grade particle board, plywood and porous concrete (above, on and below grade) in the absence of excessive moisture, alkali and hydrostatic pressure.

Penetrating Sealer is a water based (solvent-free) water repellent sealer designed for the protection of porous surfaces such as unglazed tile, grout, all porous and fabricated stone, and a wide variety of masonry surfaces. It is deep penetrating due to its small molecular structure and is 100% water permeable.

PROFLEX® GROUT GUARD is a water based, environmentally friendly low V.O.C. grout admixture.  Use of Grout Guard eliminates the need for topical sealers. This product will not affect clean up, workability, dry time, or pot life of grout. Grout Guard creates a harder/denser grout  that is crack resistant, mold/mildew resistant, water repellent, and stain resistant.

Pro Block is a concrete prep application that resists many oils, greases and salts and is central to concrete containment of vapor emissions. It serves as both a curing and sealing agent. Sulfamic Acid Cleaner is a fast acting, mild acid cleaner for textured, non-polished, natural and manufactured surfaces. Sulfamic Acid Cleaner removes sanded grout & mortar residue, joint cement,  lime & hard water deposits, efflorescence, rust and other heavy dirt and grime.

PROFLEX® Epoxy Grout and Tile Setting Mortar is a 3-component, 100% solids epoxy compound developed for sanitary applications. Epoxy Grout can be used as a tile setting mortar and product for grouting ceramic and quarry tiles, pavers, mosaics on horizontal and vertical surfaces. Epoxy Grout is an excellent setting material for moisture sensitive, and resin backed stones like black, red and green marbles. Use in commercial breweries, dairies, food processing facilities, distilleries, residential kitchens and bathrooms. PROFLEX® Super Caulk is a premium, high grade, fast curing, one component non-sag adhesive and sealant that  is ideal for use in indoor and outdoor applications. Conforms to ASTM C920 Type S, Grade NS, Class 50, Use T, M, G, A, O and TT-S-230C, Type II, Class A.
