Lexite PWC meets the specifications for extractions studies in accordance with CFR Title 21 polymeric and resinous coatings when extracted under distilled water, heptane and alcohol. Porselin is an epoxy enamel paint designed to coat virtually any sound vertical surface. Porselin drys to a brilliant high gloss finish, and may be used in both interior and exterior applications. Porselin protects coated surfaces from chemical attack, weathering and abrasion.
Diamite Primer is designed to be used as a primer for other Metalcrete epoxy and urethane flooring systems. Diamite Primer is available in both a water and solvent-based formulation. The water-based formulation should be used where VOC compliant materials are required or where good ventilation is not possible. Diamite Primer Conductive formulation is available for Lexite Conductive epoxy flooring applications.
Diamite Primer MVB is a two-component 100% solids epoxy primer designed to control vapor emission rates up to 20 pounds / 24 hours / 1,000 square feet. Diamite Primer MVB should be used as a primer for other Metalcrete epoxy and urethane flooring systems. Diamite Primer is available in both a water and solvent-based formulation. The water-based formulation should be used where there are issues associated with moisture in the concrete sub-base.

It is designed to meet the requirements of ASTM C 881 specifications. Metco Hi-Mod Epoxy may also be used as a primer on damp and porous concrete surfaces. It is available in three consistencies; low viscosity, medium viscosity and gel.
Metco Low-Mod Epoxy is a two-component, 100% solids, moisture insensitive, low modulus epoxy bonding agent formulated to bond fresh concrete to old concrete and old concrete to old concrete. Metco Low-Mod Epoxy should be used where large temperature variations are possible, and is designed to meet the requirements of ASTM C 881 specifications. Metco Low-Mod Epoxy may also be used as a primer on damp and porous concrete surfaces. It is available in three consistencies; low viscosity, medium viscosity and gel.
Metco LPL Epoxy is a two-component, long pot life, 100% solids, moisture insensitive, high modulus epoxy bonding agent formulated to provide extended working time. Metco LPL Epoxy is used to bond fresh concrete to hardened concrete and old concrete to old concrete, and is designed to meet the requirements of ASTM C 881 specification, Types I, II & V, Grade 2 (medium viscosity). Metco LPL Epoxy is used in hot weather applications or where long open times are required.
Metco VLT Epoxy is a very low temperature, rapid setting, two-component, 100% solids, moisture insensitive, high modulus epoxy bonding agent formulated to bond steel and other ferrous materials to old concrete and old concrete to old concrete. It is designed to meet the requirements of ASTM C 881 specifications. Also available in polyurethane formulation.
Latex Systems
Acrylpave is a water-based, VOC compliant latex designed to be added to portland cement based systems of all types to enhance hardened properties. Through internal reinforcement of the cementitious system, greater bond, flexural, and tensile strengths can be achieved. Acrylpave internally reinforces the cement matrix, thereby giving the system a two way strength mechanism. In addition, Acrylpave can dramatically improve freeze / thaw, scaling, and salt resistance and damp-proofs against water ingress.
Herculox is a milky white re-emulsifiable liquid adhesive used to bond new concrete toppings or cement plaster to floors, walls, walkways, steps, loading docks, ramps or any structurally sound masonry without chipping, scarifying or otherwise roughening the surface. Herculox also rejoins broken masonry or other materials with a tenacious bond.
Metcobond is a styrene butadiene latex additive designed to increase bond, flexural and tensile strengths in cement-based mortars and concrete. Metcobond also increases chemical resistance and reduces permeability of conventional concrete. Metcobond is used as an admixture in thin-set mortars, stucco, tile grout, terrazzo, plaster, slurries, bond coats and concrete overlays and toppings.

Self-Leveling Systems
Flowpave is a one-part, latex-modified compound designed to be installed at a self-leveling consistency. It is mixed only with water and can be pumped or poured into place. Flowpave can be used over concrete, wood, or mastic adhesives. It provides a smooth, level underlayment for tile, carpet, or resilient floor coverings.
Flowpave Supreme is a self-leveling floor surfacing material designed for use as an underlayment or as a wearing surface for light duty traffic. It is particularly useful where floors are out of tolerance or the surface has deteriorated or been damaged. When mixed with water, Flowpave Supreme can be applied to small or large areas at thicknesses from 1/16 inch (1.6 mm) to 1 inch (25.4 mm).

Metcrete is a concrete repair mortar for patching or resurfacing horizontal surfaces. It is used as a trowel-down or screedable material and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. Metcrete can be used from a thickness of 1/2 inch (12.7 mm) to 6 inches (152 mm).
Plug-It is a rapid setting hydraulic cement mortar designed for filling holes and cracks in concrete or masonry. When mixed with water, it sets in 2 to 4 minutes to allow rapid sealing and blockage of running water. The early expansion which occurs as Plug-It sets assures a firm interlock to holes and cracks.
Speedpave MP is a rapid setting, high-early, magnesium phosphate based patching mortar for repair of concrete slabs and pavements. It is a one-part system requiring only the addition of water for mixing. Speedpave MP is designed for thicknesses from 1/2 inch (12.7 m) to 6 inches (152 mm). It is good for both indoor and outdoor use.

Finishpave is a one-part, latex modified repair compound designed for very thin trowel-on vertical applications. Finishpave fills voids and smooths all surfaces to provide a decorative and textured finish. When mixed with water, it gives a very workable consistency that can be applied to a near zero thickness. It may also be applied as a slurry coat to provide a uniform colored appearance.
Featherpave is a one-part, latex modified repair compound designed for very thin trowel-on applications. When mixed with water, it gives a very workable consistency that can be applied to a near zero thickness. Featherpave is excellent for bringing localized bird baths and low spots up to proper level for subsequent floor covering.

Florundum is a marble aggregate dry shake intended for use as a surface hardener on fresh concrete to provide a decorative and durable floor surface in retail, commercial, institutional and residential grade facilities. It is applied on the surface of freshly placed concrete during normal floor finishing operations with standard finishing equipment. Florundum will provide a terrazzo like appearance after it is diamond abraded and polished using the Retroplate system.

Metalplate is a metallic aggregate dry shake intended for use as a surface hardener on fresh concrete to provide substantially greater wear resistance on the surface of industrial grade floor slabs. It is applied to the surface of fresh concrete during the normal finishing operations on the floor with standard finishing equipment.
Metalplate Plus is a non-oxidizing metallic aggregate dry shake intended for use as a surface hardener on fresh concrete to provide substantially greater wear resistance on the surface of industrial grade floor slabs in combination with 100% resistance to oxidation or rusting. Metalcrete is a screedable, high strength metallic topping intended for use where heavy impact and abrasion are primary floor service conditions. This product is usually applied as a bonded topping over properly prepared existing concrete at a 2 inch (50.8 mm) thickness. Metalcrete can be placed up to 5 inches (127 mm) thick.
Met-Top E is a screedable, high strength emery aggregate based topping intended for use where heavy impact, gouging and abrasion are primary floor service conditions. This product is usually applied as a bonded topping over properly prepared existing concrete at a 2 inch (50.8 mm) thickness. Met- Top E can be placed up to 6 inches (152.4 mm) thick.

Development of decline pathways going underground is critical for movement of machinery, material, and personnel - Metalcrete SC provides a superior wear surface that resists impact and abrasion.

Anchoring Compounds
Instarok Cement is a dry cement powder which when mixed with water hardens rapidly to a permanent, solid mass that is not affected by moisture, rain or submersion in water. With nearly three times the strength of concrete, Instarok Cement anchors, patches and repairs in one hour or less.
Wedjrok Cement is a dry cement compound which when mixed with water hardens rapidly to a permanent, solid mass. Wedjrok Cement is designed for applications in dry areas. It sets firm within 15 minutes and is stronger than concrete in 1 hour. Final strength is twice that of conventional concrete.
Diamite Anchoring Grout is a fast-setting epoxy grout designed to provide tremendous anchoring power in a short period of time for anchor bolts, embedments and dowels. Film Forming Surface Sealers
Duralon is a water-based, VOC compliant sealer designed for use over concrete, stone and cement based terrazzo. When applied to properly cleaned concrete, it bonds tenaciously and forms a continuous, impermeable film. Because the product is a water-based formulation, it is safe to use and can be applied in existing facilities without the operation problems associated with solvent-based sealers. Duralon is excellent for sealing floors of all types but may also be used on walls, columns or exterior concrete.
Decksaver W is an acrylic-based sealer designed to penetrate and coat wooden structures and decks of all types. Its excellent penetrating properties make wood virtually impermeable to water and helps protect from the harmful effects of dry rot, weathering and insect attack. Decksaver W is easy to use and dries quickly.
Diaseal is a thin-mil epoxy floor sealer designed to protect floors from penetration by numerous liquids and to resist mild chemical attack. Because Diaseal is a one component material, it is easy to apply with standard equipment. Diaseal adheres tenaciously to concrete and forms a continuous film for easier floor clean up and maintenance.
Parktop is an asphalt pavement sealer designed to prolong the serviceable life of the pavement. Parktop protects against penetration by water, ultraviolet light, salt and mild chemical attack. Parktop forms a smooth, hard, non-porous surface that is resistant to abrasion.

Siliseal can be used as an alternative for curing compounds when curing membranes are not permissible due to subsequent floor coverings.

By impregnating the upper surface of the concrete, it reacts chemically within the pore structure of the cement matrix to form a blocking crystal that virtually waterproofs the concrete. Repel is intended for use primarily on textured concrete subject to freeze/thaw cycling and de-icing salt attack. Repel is available in both 20% and 40% solid.
Floorsaver is a water-based, magnesium silico-fluoride penetrant designed to harden and dust-proof concrete floor surfaces. Through a chemical reaction with the concrete, Floorsaver significantly increases the floor surface quality and ties up any loose dust. This hardening process helps prevent further deterioration of the surface.
Floorsaver Supreme is a two-part, penetrating epoxy system designed to fill the capillaries and pore structure of concrete slabs. Through a chemical reaction and gluing together of the cement matrix, Floorsaver Supreme can overcome the effect of a soft, dusting surface as well as provide a barrier to water, salts, mild acids, and hydraulic fluids. Floorsaver Supreme improves the wear resistance of dusting floors and weak pavements.

Jointfill 302 is a two-component epoxy joint filler designed to be used in control and construction joints in concrete industrial floors. Jointfill 302 is a low modulus, flexible joint filler used in saw cut floor joints to provide support and load-bearing capacity at the joint edges. Jointfill 302 is used in floor control joints where slight movement is possible due to thermal variations. It is available in two consistencies, self-leveling and gel, for horizontal and vertical applications.

It permanently bonds non-moving cracks and joints in concrete.
Diamite Non-Sag Crack Filler is a two-component, fast-setting epoxy gel packaged in special two-part caulk tubes. It is mixed automatically as it is extruded from the tubes with a special caulk gun supplied with the material. This low modulus system helps prevent future cracking. It will not run through cracks and stays flush with surface. There is no mess or waste since material is mixed only as needed. This product works very well for filling cracks in floors prior to applying coatings and toppings. Material can be coated over within hours.

It may be applied to wood, concrete, masonry, metal, stone and firmly bonded painted surfaces.
Vulcanox II is a two-part, catalyzed, elastomeric, urethane joint sealant used to seal and caulk both moving and non-moving joints and cracks. Vulcanox II is used in both interior and exterior applications when a rapid cure sealant is required. Vulcanox II is used as a concrete joint filler for expansion joints or control joints. It can also be used to seal around windows and door frames and to seal joints in masonry and flashing. It may be applied to wood, concrete, masonry, metal, stone and firmly bonded painted surfaces.

Acrylpave is a water-based, VOC compliant latex designed to be added to portland cement based systems of all types to enhance hardened properties. Through internal reinforcement of the cementitious system, greater bond, flexural, and tensile strengths can be achieved. Acrylpave internally reinforces the cement matrix, thereby giving the system a two way strength mechanism. In addition, Acrylpave can dramatically improve freeze / thaw, scaling, and salt resistance and damp-proofs against water ingress.
Accel-Set is a non-chloride and noncorrosive based liquid admixture formulated to accelerate the set of concrete in cold weather. Accel-Set is added to portland cement concrete at the ready-mix plant or job site. Accel-Set also improves workability while increasing early age strengths of concrete.
Superslump is a liquid admixture for concrete and mortar that allows water reduction without sacrificing slump or workability. Through a chemical process, it internally lubricates the cement matrix to increase the efficiency of any cementitious system. This allows the production of concrete and mortars with higher strengths, better freeze/thaw resistance, and lower permeability. It can also be used to increase the workability of concrete and mortar while maintaining water content.
Metco WR is a liquid admixture for concrete and mortar that allows water reduction without sacrificing slump or workability. Through a chemical process, it internally lubricates the cement matrix to increase the efficiency of any cementitious system. This allows the production of concrete and mortars with higher strengths, better freeze/thaw resistance, and lower permeability. Microforce is a microsilica based additive designed to enhance the hardened properties of concrete and mortar. Through direct addition to cement based materials, concrete and mortar strengths and durability can be greatly enhanced. Because Microforce chemically reacts with the cement matrix, it permanently densifies the concrete or mortar to produce excellent resistance to water and salt penetration. Compressive, flexural and bond strengths are significantly increased.
Liquid Surface Treatments
Surftard is a specially formulated liquid which reacts chemically with the cement matrix of concrete to temporarily retard the set. It allows production of horizontal exposed aggregate surfaces and is excellent for both interior and exterior applications.
Waterhold is a water-based, VOC compliant spray-on liquid for application over fresh concrete surfaces. By forming a continuous monomolecular film over the surface, it keeps bleed water in the concrete under hot, windy, or dry conditions. By retarding the evaporation of bleed water, plastic shrinkage cracking and crusting is minimized or avoided. Waterhold enhances the finishing characteristics of concrete flatwork and is excellent as a finishing aid.
Formease is a ready-to-use organic concrete form release agent. It is suitable for all types of formwork including wood, metal, plastic and fiberglass. Formease leaves a smooth, unstained and void free concrete surface.

Use Penabrick SB to retreat previously waterproofed surfaces.

Additional Specialty Products
Coldbraze is an epoxy-based repair compound specially formulated to reinforce and repair iron, steel and other metallic surfaces. Coldbraze economically extends the serviceable life of metal linings, blow pipes, dust collecting units, weld joints, anchor supports, iron castings and mechanical parts.
Bitesin is a concentrated acid formulation in liquid form used to prepare concrete and other substrates for resurfacing overlays, paint, coatings and other surface treatments. Bitesin etches away the relatively high proportion of portland cement commonly found at the surface of concrete by removing laitance, grime, embedded dirt, and other deleterious matter providing a clean, porous surface.
Glaze-Off is a liquid surface treatment designed to remove the glaze from ceramic and quarry tile to promote adhesion of paints, coatings, and floor coverings. It may also be used as a preparation and cleaner for masonry and concrete surfaces where coatings are to be applied. Glaze-Off is ideal as a surface preparation for subsequent application of Porselin epoxy paint.
DL Solvent is used to clean or remove epoxy and urethane liquid compounds from mixing equipment and application tools. DL Solvent can also be used to remove spills and other unwanted deposits as well as common hydrocarbon-based curing compounds and sealer.
Metco Stripper is a thick, gel-like liquid that is used to remove paint, coatings, wax, asphalt, tar, curing compounds and sealers. It may be used on wood, concrete, plaster or metal surfaces which require removal of coatings. Metco Stripper may be used as a cleaner on terrazzo floors to remove built up grime and restore floors to original condition.
Roll N Go is a patching compound designed to be placed into chuck holes, ruts, breaks and other depressions in concrete or asphalt. Roll N Go is a proprietary formulated repair compound that is pre-mixed and ready for use directly from the container.
Formaseal is an extruded flexible sealant designed for a wide variety of sealing requirements. Formaseal is used to seal and silence the rattling of loose manhole covers, catch basin grills, meter pit caps and sewer lids. It is used on roofs to seal open seams, cracks, flashing around pipes, ventilators and gutters.
Waterzall Concentrate is a general purpose cleaning agent. It is formulated to be used at full strength for spot cleaning, or diluted with water for cleaning large areas or for clean-up of tools and equipment. Waterzall Concentrate dissolves and removes dirt, tacky film, spots, smudges and most unwanted deposits from floors, walls, doors, plastics, metal, rubber, fabric, carpeting and virtually any other surface. Use Waterzall Concentrate for clean-up of Diamite, Lexite, and Metco Epoxy Products.
Waterzall Degreaser is a liquid compound designed to change oil-based materials into a water-soluble state so that they may be rinsed away thoroughly and effectively with water. Waterzall Degreaser completely removes oil, grease, grime and other gummy deposits from virtually all types of surfaces.
Zeromate is an effective snow and ice melting pelletized chemical compound. Zeromate melts ice at temperatures of -50°F (-46°C). Zeromate may also be used to control dust, dehumidify damp rooms and freeze-proofing water type fire extinguishers.
