The core of the SkyVault Series, our largest tubular daylighting devices, is the M74 DS with 29″ diameter tubes that can be extended up to 100′ long to fill the largest spaces with natural light.

The beauty of the SkyVault is that it's not just a one-size-fits-all solution. With varying combinations of domes and collectors to capture light, modular optical tubing to transfer it, and optional Diffuser and Amplifier components to deliver it into the building, the SkyVault Series is a flexible, high-output solution for any large-volume space.

It all starts with standard domes that are available in both single- and dual-glazed configurations with optional security guards. But then the light capture functionality gets really big with the addition of the innovative SkyVault Collector that significantly enhanced the products ability to capture and redirect low-angle light into the advanced optical tubing while filtering out the heat associated with infrared wavelengths.

The The M74 DS uses unique bottom assembly components to deliver maximum daylight in high-ceiling applications, from the prismatic diffuser to the optional Amplifier, which focuses daylight all the way down to the task area.

The SkyVault Series is a line of modular, high output tubular daylighting devices that deliver massive amounts of daylight to large volume spaces with high, open ceilings.

SkyVault Series Diffuser Assemblies provide precise control over daylight collected by our optical domes and Spectralight Infinity Tubing. Each is factory-assembled to make field installation quick and easy.

The  Diffuser Assembly comes pre-assembled and easily attaches to extension tubes using the patented Tab-Lock Connection System and Tube Belts. The circular shape is designed for open ceiling applications and the Prismatic lens delivers maximum daylight to the work floor.

Provides unmatched thermal performance. Two climate control discs paired with polycarbonate ring prevent conductive and convective heat transfer. Spectralight® Infinity material inside ring maximizes light transfer.

Extension tubes feature a revolutionary Tab-Lock Connection System with Tube Belts that prevent gaps and eliminate the need for screws and tape. Tubes come in 24 in. and 48 in. lengths.

The optional Security Guard comes pre-installed in specific dome assemblies and consists of stainless steel rods welded into a hexagonal grid riveted into the curb cap turret, creating a visual and physical deterrent at the dome level.

At times, it may be necessary to reduce the amount of daylight in your big space – during a sporting event or presentation, for instance. Made of the same material as our Spectralight® Infinity tubing the optional SkyVault Daylight Dimmer uses a patented butterfly baffle designed to ensure even light distribution in any position. The SkyVault Dimmer can be fully integrated into virtually any 0-10V digital lighting control system, working both in conjunction with and separately from electrical lighting.

The Trim Ring provides a finished appearance to the installation, covering the cut edge of the roof deck penetration in an open ceiling application.

With three different domes, varying extension tubing configurations, and both open and closed ceiling options, SolaMaster products provide the versatility for numerous applications and sunlight conditions.

The SolaMaster 300 DS is a great solution for your smaller or lower ceiling spaces that have a hard or suspended ceiling system, and offers a great solution that works with 16-inch on center framing. Includes Spectralight Infinity, 0-30 Degree Angle Adapter, Softlight Technology Extension Tube and a 2′ x 2′ Metal Transition Box.

Lutron® DVTV 0-10V Controller

Individual or multiple Daylight Dimmers can be controlled using 3rd party 0-10V controllers. These can be simple or very complex, depending on the application. Solatube provides a simple option for most applications, the Lutron® DVTV 0-10V Controller. This controller can be ordered in addition to the 0-10V Daylight Dimmer, or a 3rd party controller can be sourced.

Extension tubes can be added in increments of 24 in. (610 mm) or 48 in. (1220 mm) for long runs without sacrificing performance. Spectralight Infinity has the highest reflectivity in the world for the brightest, purest light. Create tube runs of up to 50 ft. (15 m).

This insulating material helps to reduce condensation in cold climates when the flashing is exposed to a humid interior space. The insulator is affixed to the flashing base and the top tube slips through the opening, which provides a seal between the interior and metal flashing.

This stainless steel bar inserts into the flashing turret across the diameter of the opening. The bar is fastened using rivets and prohibits entry through the dome.

The new Solatube Rooftop Fire Glazing accessory was designed to meet the increasing demand for fire protection in wildfire-prone areas.  The Rooftop Fire Glazing is a multi-pane glass disk with a fully tempered top layer and two layers of glass laminated with a PVB interlayer.  The glass make-up meets ANSI Z97.1 safety glazing requirements and incorporates a steel outer ring for peace-of-mind.  The Rooftop Fire Glazing is used in conjunction with the Solatube Dome Edge Protection Band to meet the prescriptive building code requirements for areas located in high fire areas and Wildland Urban Interface (WUI) zones.

This R6 rigid, 1 in. thermal insulation is sealed and taped in the curb cap flashing base, which provides a thermal seal between the metal flashing and building envelope.

The Counter Flashing is compatible with the Solatube 330DS/750DS self-flashings (8" and 11" heights). It is designed to be used on roofs with a single ply membrane (PVC, TPO) or rubberized roof (EPDM). When a membrane boot is placed over the self-flashing, the Counter Flashing covers the exposed edge of the membrane boot at the top of the flashing, creating a water protection barrier. (Note: Solatube does not supply the membrane boot itself.)

Smaller commercial spaces - corridors, restrooms, nooks, and others—often suffer from lack of natural light because light from windows can't reach them. Solatube's Brighten Up Series is the perfect solution for bringing daylight to unexpected, hard-to-reach areas.

The Brighten Up Series offers two different tubular daylighting devices (160 DS and 290 DS, 10"- and 14"-wide tubes, respectively, with lengths up to 30') to fit different applications and space sizes and fill them with natural light.

To match up with the Brighten Up Series' two device sizes, there are two different sized domes, each of which integrates technologies to maximize the capture of sunlight, even in lower light conditions and geographies.

The Brighten Up Series has leak-proof options to mount its domes on any roof type, from curb caps to flashings for both pitched and non-pitched roofs.

A Ventilation Add-on Kit combines daylighting and ventilation into one attractive fixture ideal for areas like single occupancy restrooms or high humidity areas, the streamlined design also leaves the ceiling looking orderly and uncluttered. The exhaust duct separates above the ceiling plane so there is no air exhaused through the reflective tubing. Exhaust ducting and roof vent cap sold separately.

This add-on easily attaches to the inside of the system's tubing to deliver lighting for nighttime use. It also prevents unnecessary clutter on your ceiling because it uses the same space as a Solatube Daylighting System.
The lighting kit works with either LED or incandescent bulbs. The 160 DS light fixture holds one bulb. The 290 DS light fixture holds two bulbs. The maximum watts allowable in either fixture is 23 watts.

At times it may be necessary to reduce the amount of daylight in a building. The optional 0-10V Daylight Dimmer uses a patented butterfly Design to adjust daylight illumination levels. The 0-10V Daylight Dimmer does not come with a controller.

(9 m) for the Solatube 290 DS.

The new Solatube Rooftop Fire Glazing accessory was designed to meet the increasing demand for fire protection in wildfire-prone areas.  The Rooftop Fire Glazing is a multi-pane glass disk with a fully tempered top layer and two layers of glass laminated with a PVB interlayer.  The glass make-up meets ANSI Z97.1 safety glazing requirements and incorporates a steel outer ring for peace-of-mind.  The Rooftop Fire Glazing is used in conjunction with the Solatube Dome Edge Protection Band to meet the prescriptive building code requirements for areas located in high fire areas and Wildland Urban Interface (WUI) zones.

This R6 rigid, 1 in. thermal insulation is sealed and taped to the underside of the curb cap to provide a thermal barrier between the curb cap and curb cavity. It helps to improve thermal performance and mitigate condensation within the curb cavity, specifically at the underside of the curb cap.
