Ellis Elementary School in Logan, Utah, recently achieved the prestigious reognition of 1st Runner Up in the Education category at the 2024 ICF Builder Awards. This accolade highlights the exceptional design and construction managed by Stephen Williams of Design West Architects, utilizing advanced m;aterials from Old Mill Building Products. Central to this success was the implementation of Old Mill's Panel+ System with 1" EPS insulation panels and thin brick veneer, providing both aesthetic appeal and enhanced energy efficiency.
