Our RoyalCast™ fiberglass columns are available in every style and size that we offer. Shaft styles are as follows: Round Tapered Plain, Round Tapered Fluted, Round NON-Tapered Plain, Greek Doric, Round Twist Rope, Square NON-Tapered Plain, Square Non-Tapered Fluted, Square NON-Tapered Recessed Panel, and Square Tapered Plain. Depending on the shaft style, we offer fiberglass columns from 4" in diameter/width and as short as you want them and up to 48" in diameter x 45' tall. Our most diverse offering is our round tapered plain as tapered fiberglass columns are considered architecturally correct. Our round non-tapered plain fiberglass columns are some of the tallest in the industry and we offer sizes from 6" in diameter to 36" in diameter. We offer square columns from 6" to 25" x 26'. We also offer several sizes of twist rope columns (not offered by any other manufacturer) and square tapered columns.

Royal Corinthian manufacturers two types of fiberglass columns with the most popular one discussed in a previous section. Our RoyaLite™ Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer or GFRP or FRP column covers are true fiberglass columns as they are comprised of 35% to 40% fiberglass. The rest of the column is made up of polymer resin and gel coat. These columns are usually used as column covers or column wraps. We manufacture them in 2 halves that get assembled around structural supports on site using our integral lap joint installation method. These offer the greatest advantage over our other columns when paint-grade column covers 14" and bigger are desired. For small column covers, our RoyalCast™ columns are more affordable; this isn't to say that we don't offer our RoyaLite™ column wraps in small diameters and widths.

Royal Corinthian manufactures round columns in several styles and materials. We have tapered plain, tapered fluted, non-tapered plain, non-tapered rope, barrel, Greek Doric, and some “custom" standard styles. We make these round columns from RoyalCast™ cast Fiberglass, RoyalStone™ Synthetic Stone, and RoyaLite™ lightweight Fiberglass. We also offer the same columns in RoyalCrete™ GFRC for those wanting a cast stone segmented look to their columns. We make everything from knee-wall and “stock" sized to 2 and 3 story columns. Currently, our diameters range from 5" to 42" and some columns span up to 30' without interruption. We can go even higher if we piece the shaft together from several sections or we can always make a custom size, which we specialize in. Royal Corinthian manufactures PVC column wraps using cellular PVC sheets and boards. The wraps are a wood alternative that is milled just like wood but without any of the negative attributes. These columns come factory mitered as two corners to facilitate a quick installation around wood supports or lally columns. They offer the greatest advantage over our other columns when square column wraps are desired that can span up to 20' in height and are fairly inexpensive.

Royal Corinthian manufactures a synthetic stone balustrade system that looks and feels like stone but at a fraction of the cost and weight. We offer 6 standard colors and 3 textures. Most of our rails can span up to 20' without interruption, which is the longest span in the industry and across all materials. These balustrades exceed structural requirements for both commercial and residential projects. RoyalStone™ balustrades offer the greatest advantage over our concrete balustrades systems when a pre-finished, low maintenance, structural balustrade is required with longer rail spans.

RoyalStone™ Balustrades are made up of spindles, rails, posts, caps, finials, and hardware. We offer 6 standard colors (unlimited custom colors) and 3 standard textures (textured, smooth, and coral). Typically, our products have a consistent finish to them but we can “dirty" them up by mixing in various aggregates. In fact, our coral finish (RoyalCoral™: a subset of RoyalStone™) has actual coral mixed in. Our standard balusters measure from 1-1/2" to 7" up to 40" tall. Our top rails come in 4-1/4", 5-3/4", 6", 6-5/8", 6-13/16", 7-1/2", and 10" system widths. Depending on the rails, some can span up to 20' without interruption. The majority of our rails and balusters can be mixed and matched to create one of the most diverse balustrade offerings in the nation. Our system heights can be as short as a couple feet but can also be tall enough to meet pool fencing requirements. Keep in mind that we are able to adjust the heights of our standard balusters and newel posts to achieve an infinite array of styles and heights without additional cost. Our newel posts are available as Plain, Routed Edge, and Raised Panel and can be adorned with many styles of caps, balls, and other finials. The hollow nature of our balustrade systems allows for wiring to run inside them for lighting fixtures to be secured atop our posts or on the side of our columns.

Royal Corinthian manufactures polyurethane balustrade systems, which is a high density product that looks like wood but will not rot, crack, or split. These balustrades come primed ready for final paint finish on the jobsite. They are structural and have been independently tested to exceed both residential and commercial building codes. These balustrades offer the greatest advantage over our other balustrade systems when a very lightweight, structural, paint-grade balustrade is desired but is limited up to 12' spans before requiring a newel post, column, or support.

Our RoyalThane balustrade system is comprised of balusters, top and/or bottom rails, newel posts, post caps, and the hardware necessary to install all of the components. We have spindles that range from 2" to 8" wide and up to 40" tall which can result in short decorative systems as well as systems tall enough to meet pool fencing requirements. Our rails come in 4-1/4", 6", 7", 10" and 12" widths and can span up to 12' in length. We typically send out our rails in 8', 10', and 12' lengths as per industry standards. These rails can be cut to length using standard wood working tools on site or we can factory cut them to size on your behalf. We offer newel posts, both plain and with raised panels, in varying heights and widths. Our balustrades can be adorned with a variety of trims, balls, and finials and can contain the wiring of your exterior lighting systems.

Royal Corinthian manufactures a paint-grade composite fiberglass balustrade system in every style as our RoyalStone™ Balustrades. This system comes with all of the structural and robust features except varies slightly in composition. As with all our balustrades, RoyalCast™ fiberglass systems exceed building codes for structural balustrades used in residential and commercial applications. These balustrades offer the greatest advantage over our other systems when a paint-grade, low maintenance, structural system is desired that can span up to 20' without interruption.

Comprised of balusters, rails, posts and post caps, finials, and hardware, our RoyalCast™ fiberglass balustrade combinations are virtually endless: We have over 50 standard balusters, 20 different rails, 26 different newel posts, 18 post caps, and an assortment of decorative finials and trims. Keep in mind that all of our standard posts and balusters can be made shorter and taller without additional charge which makes for even more possibilities. Our standard balusters range from 1-1/2 to 7" in width and up to 40" in height and our rails from 4-1/4" to 10". We can combine our various products to form balustrades that even meet pool fence height requirements. Even if all of these variations don't meet your aesthetic or functional requirements, our in-house mold making department makes custom balustrades relatively inexpensive. The majority of our standard products were once custom so we are always ready and willing to match a style that you like or replicate a historic system for restoration.

Royal Corinthian has been manufacturing exterior corbels or brackets for nearly 30 years from PVC, FRP, fiberglass, synthetic stone, cast stone, GFRC, lightweight cast stone, and high-density polyurethane. These materials, unlike wood, concrete, and metal, will not rot, split, crumble, crack, rust, or get infested, which is why we warranty these products for life. Some of these materials are paint-grade, while others do not require painting and can emulate wood, stone, metal, and virtually any traditional product. These architectural elements are sometimes referred to as outlookers, outriggers, or rafter tails. We add new products on a weekly basis so feel free to reach out if none of these brackets work for you. In addition, customization and historic replication is our forte. We are virtually unlimited by style and size. Since we make our own tooling, customization is relatively inexpensive, and some of our materials don't require tooling, so custom has become increasingly affordable through Royal Corinthian. In fact, all of these products were at some point custom and are now standard.

Royal Corinthian manufactures RoyaLite™ fiberglass cornice and entablature, also called FRP or GFRP cornice. The cornice is made with polyester resin that is reinforced with 35% to 40% fiberglass: fiberglass is pound for pound stronger than steel, which results in a lightweight cornice that is unrivaled when it comes to longevity, price, ease of installation, and limited maintenance. We offer hundreds of standard cornices, all of which are easily modifiable to create even more options. We manufacture simple fiberglass cornice starting at 4" in height to complex cornice that is over 60" in height. We have fiberglass cornice that has integral brackets, corbels, modillions, blocks, or triglyphs, which significantly lowers installation costs as compared to cornices that have those elements loose. Customization is relatively inexpensive due to our in-house pattern and mold making capabilities. 

We have restored many historic cornices from photographs and dilapidated parts. This cornice is made from the same material as fiberglass boat hulls so when it comes to holding up to the elements, there is no better material to use.  Although used on residences and interiors, RoyaLite™ cornice is most often used under the soffit of government buildings, university buildings, and commercial projects in general.  We offer paint-grade marine gel coat, any pre-finished color, metallic , stone, and granite finishes.  Class A fire rating is available. Fiberglass cornice offers the greatest advantage over our other cornices when paint-grade or pre-finished cornice of intricate detail, elaborate design, of larger proportion, and one that will last a lifetime is required.

Royal Corinthian manufactures high density polyurethane cornice in America and distributes other brands like Fypon.  Sometimes, when the cornice is simple or small in nature, we refer to it as crown molding.  Polyurethane is high density foam that feels like wood as far as density and sound but will not rot, crack, or split.  Polyurethane cornice molding has the ability to replicate very ornate wood carvings but at a fraction of the cost.  As this cornice doesn't absorb water, it will last forever, even on exterior applications.  Although we never shy away from custom products, polyurethane cornice is available in thousands of standard profiles.  This cornice offers the greatest advantage over our other cornice products when small to medium-sized paint-grade cornice is desired or standard profiles are utilized.

Our RoyalThane cornice is available with face profiles of just a couple inches to well over a foot.  We have thousands of standard profiles to choose from and customization is fairly inexpensive.  These are typically offered as 8' lengths but we also have contractor lengths in 12' and even 16'.  Contractor lengths offer the advantage of fewer seams and can decrease the cost of labor significantly. Polyurethane cornice or crown molding can be cut and mitered using standard wood working tools or if mitering isn't desired, we offer corners and corner blocks.

In addition to our RoyaLite™ FRP fiberglass and RoyalThane polyurethane cornice, we offer cornice in our other materials: RoyalStone™ Synthetic Stone, RoyalCast™ Composite Fiberglass, and RoyalPVC Cellular PVC.

We don't devote an entire section to the latter 3 for the following reasons.  For simple paintable crown molding or cornice, the clear winner as far as availability, ease of use, and affordability is polyurethane. For pre-finished or paintable large, complex cornice or entablature of incredible strength per pound, the clear winner is our RoyaLite™ fiberglass cornice.

However, on occasion, Architects like a certain product and would prefer to use it for reasons of product consistency, robustness associated with weight, or simply preference. For example, many architects have specified RoyalStone™ cornice, door and window surrounds, pediments, and other faCade details in order to match our columns and/or balustrades.  We have the ability to match our RoyalStone™ products with our FRP products so we encourage Architects to consider both options.  The Architect is the one of vision and we are here to help realize that vision.  All of our products come with limited lifetime warranties so there is no wrong choice.

Our fiberglass pergolas are the World's first structural fiberglass pergolas and are pound for pound stronger than steel but lighter than wood. They will never rot, melt, bow, warp, rattle in the wind, or get infested with insects and are 100% made in America. We offer our pergola kits and custom designs in paint-grade versions or infinite prefinished color options. Round and Square columns are available. We don't offer pergolas made from any other materials because this pergola is unrivaled.

Why Fiberglass Pergola Kits?
We only offer fiberglass pergolas because they are unrivaled in every aspect. Wood will sag under its own weight and vinyl will sag due to variations in temperature not to mention the flimsy nature and cheap look of vinyl. Our stock pergola kits are wind load rated and due to their high strength to weight ratio, they can span longer distances than any of these inferior materials. Fiberglass reinforced composite products are naturally resistant to corrosion so there is no worry of rust or corrosion. Unlike wood and vinyl, fiberglass will maintain its full strength over its lifetime because it doesn't warp, bow, or twist. As if all of this was not enough, our kits are easy to install as all parts are clearly marked and everything is predrilled. As with all of our products, our round column pergolas come with a limited lifetime warranty and there is no better assurance than that.

Fiberglass Pergola Products Offering
We offer stock pergola kits, pre-designed pergolas, custom pergolas, rotundas, privacy screens, trellises, and swing/entry arbors. Pergola kits come in overhead dimensions of 12' x 12', 14' x 14', and 16' x 16' with the option of round non-tapered or square non-tapered columns. These kits are in stock and will ship within one week with all the necessary hardware in our white color and 2-3 weeks in custom colors. We also offer larger customizable pergolas that can span up to 22′. Feel free to envision a unique design, as we can manufacture virtually any size to suit your needs. Free Standing/Attached with Round/Square Columns  Standard kits are rated for 90 MPH wind load but with our wind load plates, you can achieve 160 MPH. Our stock pergolas with round columns come with Spartan style rafter tails; however, when customizing, we offer many standard rafter tails to choose from.  We don't offer cheap snap on rafter tails: All of our tails are routed into our rafters. So when it comes to free standing or attached and custom or standard round column pergolas, there is no better choice than our fiberglass pergolas. Installation is fairly simple, and we have a video below that takes you through all the steps.

Royal Corinthian offers fiberglass rotundas that consist of a ceiling dome, cornice, and columns. An architect came to us with a vision for a bespoke rotunda to enhance a client's backyard oasis. By combining our top-tier fiberglass products with all the essential hardware, we assembled a complete kit that ensures easy installation. Today, that dream rotunda stands as a striking symbol of the perfect fusion of innovative design and exceptional craftsmanship. Royal Corinthian takes pride in building numerous custom rotundas, including this one. The majority of our columns come with an attached astragal or neck ring which makes for much easier installation on site. In addition to an astragal, our larger diameter columns come with an attached support ring which allows for a Tuscan capital to rest on it. It is much easier to install a column when you don't have to worry about holding up a heavy capital, which of course we can make lighter if needed. If you don't want the neck rings, we can remove them during the manufacturing process.

The majority of our square columns do not come with an integrated astragal but we do offer loose neck rings that can be applied on the field.  Some of our square columns are available with an attached astragal so it that is important to you, please ask.  All of our PVC column wraps are available with a loose astragal which may or may not be made from the same material, depending on complexity.  Please consult our catalog for specifics on columns with or without astragals or call or email us for a quick rundown.  All of our column capitals and bases are available for sale individually.

Royal Corinthian manufactures an assortment of column capitals and bases. We offer Tuscan caps and bases for all of our columns without exception. We are one of the only manufacturers that offer Tuscan capitals with a round abacus and Tuscan and Attic bases with round plinths. We have Roman Doric caps and bases for the majority of our columns. Doric is slightly more ornate than Tuscan. We focus on 4 decorative capitals: Roman Corinthian, Roman Ionic, Scamozzi, and Temple of the Winds but we offer others as well.

Royal Corinthian offers over 350 decorative capitals for both round and square columns: Roman Corinthian, Temple of the Winds, Scamozzi, Roman Ionic, Greek Angular Ionic,  Greek Erechtheum, Greek Erechtheum with necking, Modern Composite, Empire, Empire with necking, and Roman Doric. In addition, we have the ability to manufacture custom capitals: Our in-house mold making department allows for us to be priced competitively even on custom products. All of our capitals are available from the same material as the shaft, whether you choose our RoyalCast composite fiberglass, RoyalStone synthetic stone, or RoyaLite “FRP" lightweight fiberglass. All of our capitals are available in all 3 composite materials. Decorative capitals add height to the column shaft unlike Tuscan and Doric caps which simply slide over the shaft (except for twist rope columns). For proper installation of decorative capitals, the column shaft needs to be cut at the neck or astragal. Typically a cut at neck is done by the factory but can also be done in the field. Since our decorative capitals sit on top of the astragal, they are load bearing; whereas, Tuscan and Doric, which slide over the uncut shaft, are purely decorative. In load bearing applications, the weight of the soffit/ceiling would bear down on the capital which in turn would bear down on the shaft that is sitting on top of the substrate/floor.

Royal Corinthian offers the most comprehensive line of architectural exterior shutters in the industry. These shutters are available in 26 standard colors or can be custom matched. They are made from aluminum or polymer composite which is comprised of structural PVC that is reinforced with aluminum. These shutters will last a lifetime as evidenced by the lifetime warranty that covers the product as well as the paint finish.

This warranty is unrivaled. The shutters are available in any size with louver style shutters that can span up to 45″ without sagging or racking. Our shutters are fully customizable so we can even replicate historically accurate shutters but from materials that will last forever.

The shutters have been tested to withstand harsh weather. The paint will last in humid, sun rich, and harsh environments. Some shutter components are thermally stable up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, some to 800 degrees. Finally, Class A fire rating options are available.

Available Shutter Colors

Royal Corinthian manufactures fiberglass “FRP" domes as well as high density polyurethane domes for both interior and exterior use. Polyurethane domes tend to be smaller, come in one piece, and come primed ready for final paint finish. Fiberglass domes range from smaller one piece units to very large multipiece units. The domes can be plant assembled or assembled on site. The segment line between each section can be left visible or filled in prior to priming and painting. 

Typically, our fiberglass domes come with a paintable white marine grade gelcoat but can come in a variety of colors, stone finishes, or granite finishes. Due to our in-house mold capabilities a custom dome is fairly inexpensive so please design or have us design a dome that suits your needs or vision.

Our fireplaces or fireplace surrounds are manufactured from GFRC or glass fiber reinforced concrete. The resulting product is a lightweight manufactured stone at a fraction of the cost and weight of natural stone. We are able to replicate terra cotta, limestone, sandstone, marble, travertine, and many other authentic stone varieties in a plethora of colors. Since our mantles, hearths, overmantles, legs, and the rest of the fireplace components are made using mold technology, we are able to offer very intricate fireplaces, that would cost an arm and a leg in natural stone, at affordable prices. The nature of GFRC makes our fireplace surrounds fire, weather, and crack resistant so these can even be installed outdoors. Since we make our own molds, a custom fireplace isn't that much more than a stock fireplace. In addition to GFRC, we are able to manufacture our fireplaces from synthetic stone, fiberglass, FRP, and polyurethane.

PVC sheets are a wood alternative that will not rot, crack, or split. The product comes standard in a white color and isn't shiny like vinyl. It is often used as siding and doesn't require painting. If you desire to paint the product, however, it accepts paint very well. We recommend 100% acrylic latex paint; other recommendations can be seen on our PVC column wrap installation instructions.

Since we use PVC sheets, boards, and trim to make our PVC column wraps, we offer them for sale as well. Our PVC sheets come standard in thicknesses of 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", and 1" and are available up to 48" wide and 20' long. We are able to cut the sheets down to any size that you need and make boards to unlimited widths under 48″.

PVC boards are available in any size up to 48″ and up to 20' in length. The boards are cut or ripped from the sheets. Our standard moldings are available up to 18' and are more glossy than our sheets and boards.

Royal Corinthian offers the best faux wood beams. These products are made of tough, long-lasting polyurethane millwork and as a result, this material can withstand conditions that cause real wood beams to crack, split, rot, flake, and become insect infested. The beams are easy to install since they are hollow and lightweight. They come with multiple pattern options: natural wood grains, smooth grains, or heavy grain and texture. In addition we offer a hand hewn series adds craftsman style, while the rustic series comes with hammered iron simulate straps for a more classic look.

A major upside to these foam ceiling beams is that they can be painted or stained, making it possible to color match your faux wood beams to your existing trim or overall color palette. By adding affordable ceiling beams to your home increases the value of your house since it makes it more beautiful.

We have hundreds of standard fiberglass cornice options and we never shy away from custom. In fact, every standard cornice was once custom. Due to our in-house mold making department, custom designs are inexpensive. We manufacture cornice in a paint-grade version, an assortment of pre-finished colors, granite-like look, or with an actual stone-like finish that emulates natural stone.

Our fireplaces or fireplace surrounds are manufactured from GFRC or glass fiber reinforced concrete. The resulting product is a lightweight manufactured stone at a fraction of the cost and weight of natural stone. We are able to replicate terra cotta, limestone, sandstone, marble, travertine, and many other authentic stone varieties in a plethora of colors. Since our mantles, hearths, overmantles, legs, and the rest of the fireplace components are made using mold technology, we are able to offer very intricate fireplaces, that would cost an arm and a leg in natural stone, at affordable prices. The nature of GFRC makes our fireplace surrounds fire, weather, and crack resistant so these can even be installed outdoors.
